  • Pros

  • It's a great CRM tool that helps you manage your client tickets. Very feature rich as well and has the ability to be really flexible on most types of business setup.
  • If you pay the money, you can make salesforce into an amazing wonderful tool for your business. It's capabilities and customizations can really make your business run smoothly.
  • I really enjoy the interface it is easy to use and has a lot of features that aid you in finding the help you need. It also helps out business in more than one ways.
  • Cons

  • Completely terrible in all aspects. UI is horrible, navigation is a pain, EXTREMELY SLOW, lots of service disruptions, does not connect well with sales cloud, data integrity issues.
  • Also, even though it's the same company, the integration between Salesforce and Marketing Cloud is complex and just basically terrible. Cloud Pages Smart Capture forms are useless.
  • Most Expensive Worst Experience You Will Ever Have.

  • Amazing product and a great experience. I was also very happy to see the analytics that pointed me in the right direction for next steps.
  • Highly recommended and nice product for startups especially, who are looking for budget friendly and reliable product.
  • Overall, we are happy with Zoho. They are good people, provide great support, and you can't beat the value for money equation.
  • Cons

  • We've got some problem with the email invitations often sent into the spam folder of our customers... but it's a common problem with other CRM I guess.
  • Misleading information during the trial phase. Always upselling their useless apps through Zoho one.
  • You get different answers from different customer representatives and the lack of an account manager is painful. App store is full of apps that barely work or aren't maintained.
