I think this is very important point when you are ready to take a step for new system implementation like Sales Manago. 2) Various customer friendly options how to build your communication templates - email, SMS, webpush etc.. All of those are easy to understand and you can make everything simple MKT or sales person without involving IT. As well in case you are using external tool - you can just paste html code also in Sales Manago in order to create email template. 3) Possibility to see access 360 view - login, page visits, reaction on communication - all this are very useful when you think about building automated communication. 4) you can actually import data and start to use it manually (before IT finish full integration). We made about 250% increase in email revenue, after we started to use the system. And we still not useing all the features.
