- The tool is just Fantastic, email automation, web pushes, revenue dashboard. We are using almost everyting of the features.
- For example, the RFM (recency/frequency/monetization) segmentation and automatization rules based on such segmentation. Also they are great about releasing new features and improvements.
Cons
- The downside of the application is the long wait time for database download.
- Some features require programmer assistance to get implemented. Some of the standard features lack enough customization options.
Pros
- The build in queue feature is awesome. I love the tracking features.
- I like how it's much more flexible to have accounts than other social media schedulers out there. It also has a nice contest creator for better engagement and user capture.
Cons
- It's a pain to uncheck everything manually when you have a lot of accounts to manage.
- I basically only use it for social posting because the other aspects started getting confusing. It was a challenge to get my employees logged into their own accounts.
