The tool is just Fantastic, email automation, web pushes, revenue dashboard. We are using almost everyting of the features.

My overall impressions are good. I have never worked on more friendly program for automatic marketing.

For example, the RFM (recency/frequency/monetization) segmentation and automatization rules based on such segmentation. Also they are great about releasing new features and improvements.

Spam detection software is junk. We have found no spam detection software that is reliable and turn off anything to ensure nothing is missed.

The onboarding was really, really simple and the ability to use the software without leaving Outlook was awesome.

I did not get to see 24 hour phone or chat support which disappointed me. They can bring more features compared to other tools in the market.

Even works on Gmail and Outlook. Customer service also very responsive.
