Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • It is so easy to use, and has so many options, the interaction with the clients are everything and this software its perfect for that

  • I really like that it can be used for many different things. We use it for everything from customer relation management to inventory tracking.

  • Cons

  • The software is fine, out network goes down often which is an internal issue. There are really no Cons for using this software.

  • Tweaking or making new changes in a live system is both risky and difficult. If you are an expert in web interface and programming, it’s still easier.

  • Pros

  • Super easy to use! I have my templates I can use to respond to a high volume of emails fast and easy.

  • Really good for insights i.e. you can see when someone has clicked on an email and also the links they are clicking on. Templates are great too and all mobile responsive.

  • Cons

  • Sometimes it fails to load and we are having to constantly refresh until it appears, but for the most part works great!

  • The email editing software is a bit wonky on the web, but works great within gmail. That's really the only con I have - everything else is top notch!
