Customer Service!!!! I had accidentally deleted a QR Code that I was told was unrecoverable. Fortunately I still had my link, my QR Code, and category. The AMAZING customer service rep [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and the tech team took time to reinstate the QR Code and put it back in my account!! Literally, I thought the code was gone forever and I have it back and now it can be used without me reprinting EVERYTHING.
CONSI just wish it were free. There are a lot of QR Code companies out there with free services. I came upon this one through another business - and I feel like I have to have the account in order to keep my QR code live... I feel rather "trapped" into it.

Customer support very efficient
The customer support is really fast and extremely efficient to solve issues. They bring real custom made solutions to me and were able to set a special account allowing a set of 5 lifetime dynamic QR codes to fill my needs.
CONSCan't access the GPS location with the life time QR code

Unfortunately, it is true that the UltraLite plan doesn't have the GPS tracking feature, which is only available for Pro users. Excellent, quick to use which is always a winner.
PROSWe had some urgent work that had to be done and Scanova support was super quick to assist. The software is very easy to use, can be used by developers and marketers.

So simple, incredible personal customer service
5 stars all around
PROSThis was spelled out step by step and made my ability to tutn my presentation into a code available for my audience at any time rather than an old fashioned hand out! And customer service personally emailed me and responded rapidly when I had a question. Also I was able to edit/ change my presentation before hand smoothly without effecting or changing my code- brilliant!
