"They make all these sales promises, get you to sign an annual contract before allowing you to use the product, then send their collections agents after you when they refuse to allow you to terminate because the platform is garbage and the data is unusable. If I could give them zero stars, I would."

"Bulk upload is not working well, making the interaction more tidious. And there is no an amount/month of bulk "enhancement" included, which is the feature where you provide company & name which give reliable results, versus bulk upload of names only."
