Pros/Cons
Pros
- It was very easy to use, and gave you some great insights into what your competitors where doing to gain site traction and traffic.
- It really helps with keywords and understanding how the site is doing and what could be improved. They also offer lots of help and give great newsletters on what to do.
Cons
- The filters require you to be 100% specific and this leaves a lot of room for errors. It is hard to learn when you are starting out.
- I think the only problem we have had with this platform has been to use 100% of the tools it has, because it is very complete and has so many features that it is difficult to understand everything.
Pros
- Tremendous value and customer service is outstanding. Their reps are very empathetic to small business situations and provide really helpful tips and recommendations without being overbearing.
- I love having the ability to schedule emails to go out at a specific time and also the feature that tracks opens and clicks on the campaigns I send so I can see how effective my email are.
Cons
- I made a couple mistakes setting up the emails to be sent out on subsequent days but they were all my mistakes.
- Very odd and vague 'your account must be validated' process.
