- The ease of implementation and onboarding for new users is terrific and the clever way SharpSpring uses visual workflows to automate the system is genius.
- When I have a question or need advice on the best way to do something, their customer support team is always responsive and helpful.
Cons
- I rate the tool's usability as bad, lots of buttons that do the same thing, and lots of unstructured information on the screen.
- Calendar Schedule - So you only get one calendar schedule for sales, so for example if you have multiple links for scheduling time on your calendar you cannot customize more than 1. Very frustrating.
Pros
- I like how user-friendly it is and that it doesn't take too much time to train anybody to use. We're loving the new GMB integration and find it beneficial for our clients.
- It helps that reviews are responded to so quickly. It helps us be effective at our jobs.
Cons
- It often had problems where it would switch between dats or social media platforms. When this happens you can not just switch it over you have to start totally over and it gets really annoying.
- I feel it may be very intimidating for some. A lot of information is given on many platform through Soci and it can be confusing.
