- The ease of implementation and onboarding for new users is terrific and the clever way SharpSpring uses visual workflows to automate the system is genius.
- When I have a question or need advice on the best way to do something, their customer support team is always responsive and helpful.
Cons
- I rate the tool's usability as bad, lots of buttons that do the same thing, and lots of unstructured information on the screen.
- Calendar Schedule - So you only get one calendar schedule for sales, so for example if you have multiple links for scheduling time on your calendar you cannot customize more than 1. Very frustrating.
Pros
- After evaluating Bambu and SMARP, Social HoursePower by far provides the greatest value. The product is intuitive, user-friendly, and affordable.
- I love that this platform can be customized for teams. We have a retail team, admin staff and agents, I love being able to create content for each channel, because each message is a bit different.
Cons
- My team is always sharing quick clips and videos on LinkedIn, but we avoid posting YouTube links and unfortunately, that's the only way that we're able to share video via SocialHP.
- It's just unfortunate that we didn't find SocialHP sooner.
