  • Pros

  • Software is easy to use. Like the speed and efficiency of review collection.
  • And the survey questions themselves prompt high quality responses that are very useful for business insights.
  • Cons

  • Not the easiest to integrate. Requires some custom CSS to display properly.
  • The software does not notify you when a customer upload images and when they do, most images are cut from the software and impossible to use.
