It has always been able to do what I needed from it and we have created some very cool quizzes, competitions and particularly advent calendars, which is what I originally sought out Shortstack for.

Luckily the online support team is VERY responsive when I need help. Plus all of the videos they have online are a great help when you don't want to constantly ask for help.

Overall, the process of using ShortStack has been great, but it is a bit pricey if you are only going to implement a small handful of time-sensitive campaigns a few times a year.

I have enjoyed the few campaigns I have created. It was fun to play around with and easy to make.

The widgets are sometimes a bit confusing to use.

Shortstack offers a great drag and drog type page builder with several contest tools that allow us to run successful contests.

Some times we have difficulties with the reports function. We found some troubles with planning tools and the synchronization with the software.

I really like the fact I can quickly filter data, so if I want to list all members and what activities they are interested in,  it's just a couple of clicks and I have what I need.

We increased our sales with the help of this software by tracking all the customer queries and filling them in a timely manner, so the software worth the investment.

There are too many tabs and it's confusing. If I put in a part number, only a portion shows in the tab.

It has taken awhile for the installation and setup - meaning that we are unable to use workbooks yet, because of problems with the initial setup with workbooks.

Customer support has improved since we started to use workbooks as we can easily track previous calls. Also the ease of creating and scheduling emailed reports helps greatly.
