Sked Social is Great for Creative Approval {Usually}

I think Sked Social is great for what I use it for 95% of the time-reviewing, approving and optimizing social content. I have learned to look for my Facebook analytics in Facebook Business Manager and live with what I can find in Sked for Instagram.

Pros

I use Sked Social to approve the social creative my ad agency develops. Most of the time, it is a quick and painless process. I'm able to easily see previews of the posts my customers will see and make recommendations on copy changes.

Cons

It can be a bit glitchy if you are using any browser besides Chrome and especially if you are using a mobile device (how ironic). I have approved some posts only to find them rejected or not yet reviewed. I wish the analytics were stronger. It's really not designed to be a strong analytic tool.

Pros

The number of things you ca do with it including integrations. Unlimited postings.

The cost is expensive and every social is an additional cost

BYNK Sked Social Review

Overall, our experience with Sked was great. As mentioned the customer service team is amazing to deal with and scheduling capabilities are very good. However, I think by improving the collaborative aspect for both internal team members and external clients will help make Sked better.

Pros

I love the scheduling ability and ease of this product. The best feature by far is automatic carousel posting, as no other scheduling apps offer this. The customer service is also amazing, they are so quick to answer and very helpful.

Cons

The part I like least is the ability to collaborate as a team. I see there is a new feature implemented that allows for a client to approve a post, however I still don't find it as collaborative as some other apps. I think it would be good for clients to see calendar, grid and feed view and have the ability to leave comments with alternative images as well. I also don't love the grid view option on mobile. It is harder to use because the drag and drop isn't very seamless. This makes visually planning more challenging.
