I have learned to look for my Facebook analytics in Facebook Business Manager and live with what I can find in Sked for Instagram. Ratings Breakdown 4 Ease of use 4 Functionality Pros: I use Sked Social to approve the social creative my ad agency develops. Most of the time, it is a quick and painless process. I'm able to easily see previews of the posts my customers will see and make recommendations on copy changes. Cons: It can be a bit glitchy if you are using any browser besides Chrome and especially if you are using a mobile device (how ironic). I have approved some posts only to find them rejected or not yet reviewed. I wish the analytics were stronger. It's really not designed to be a strong analytic tool. Read More DW Daniela W. I appreciate the instant customer service helping me get the most out of Sked and not stopping my workflow when I have an issue. Hairo and the customer service team are exceptional. One suggestion: I personally love the client approval portal but clients are asking me for an option where they can edit the caption themselves instead of having to type out their notes in the comments. They also dislike the "reject" button saying it seems harsh. I am no longer using the client portal and instead added clients as users and am having them approve and edit the drafts that way. I particularly like the calendar and planner views. Cons: The content management and library features are difficult to use. There is no reposting feature at all which accounts for the majority of one of our pages, so it's cumbersome putting together the planned content for that. They also made it cumbersome to upload media to a post by adding additional places you have to click into instead of the easier to access drag and drop location they had previously. They've also started charging for library access to images you'd already uploaded which is annoying. Reasons for choosing Sked Social price, scheduling capabilities and the fact that I didn't need to manually post (other than reels which I still would have to do so we don't use them.)
