Social Pilot is easy to use and is pretty cheap. It offers great value for work and saves a lot of time for social media managers.

There is no automatic alert if any queue where to fail. This has only happened once in the past 8 months of using Social Pilot but you do need to keep you eye on the posting queue.

The subscription price points are excellent value for money and allow for growth as and when needed.

Spam detection software is junk. We have found no spam detection software that is reliable and turn off anything to ensure nothing is missed.

The onboarding was really, really simple and the ability to use the software without leaving Outlook was awesome.

I did not get to see 24 hour phone or chat support which disappointed me. They can bring more features compared to other tools in the market.
