Easy - Fast - Efficient

PROS

You can try everything you can imagine presenting a product, a big discount, have the abandoned cart reduced and most important convert anonymous visitors to paying customers! You collect data from your clients that help you categorize them by their interests, gender, name etc. Integration with other apps..you just press a button!

CONS

Must have e-commerce tool

Socital has been fantastic for all of my clients, the team at Socital are brilliant and do everything they can to help make all of our campaigns successful.

PROS

I have been using Socital for the past two years and it is now my goto onsite personalisation platform for all of my clients. Socital helps us to grow our email audience faster whilst improving conversion rate and reducing cart abandonment. With one client, we increased conversion rate by 50% overnight just by switching over to Socital for our email capture.

CONS

Features I'd like to see: - Agency version (manage multiple clients / domains from one account) - Split testing features

Socital, popup for e-commerce

Socital is a good alternative if you need to add popups to e-commerce platforms. If you need to use this type of tool on other types of websites, I do not recommend it. There are better alternatives on the market.

PROS

Socital is a popup builder aimed primarily at ecommerce platforms. It is a Saas product that allows online sellers to create a wide variety of popups and notifications, and then manage them through a single control panel. I especially like that it has a wide variety of pre-designed templates that are very ecommerce oriented but that you can use in a wide variety of cases. Another advantage of using Socital is that it allows you to incorporate the facebook subscription from the same popup.

CONS

I think Socital could have a nicer design. I mean, it is easy to work in the platform, but it lacks the fluidity of other interfaces like Convertbox. Another point where I think they should improve is the integration through webhooks. Currently it does not allow a webhook for each campaign, but the same one is used for all of them.

Brilliant software for personalised ads

A fantastic product so far - looking forward to expanding my relationship with them,

PROS

My business has quite varied traffic sources, so being able to personalise ads dependent on source has been incredibly useful. We have seen a great increase in conversions and the data has proven really useful for our other campaigns.

CONS

As this is the first time I have used this kind of software before, a stronger onboarding experience could have made my experience better. However, their customer service team are very friendly and always there to help - so nothing to complain about really.

Great and flexible produkt

Enrolling leads with relevant targeting.

PROS

The easy plattform that is really easy to add to your site without involving IT. Also their flexibilty and integration with ESP-providers. But most of all the incredible staff - they really go the extra mile to make you happy.

CONS

I have been working with Socital for over a year and right now I actually cant see any particular cons.

Great Opportunity to restore effectively your database & increase conversion rate!

PROS

Socital with its deep targeting tools helped us restore email database (post GDPR) and together we achieved: 1. an email database growth rate 10.5x 2. increase in instant sales conversion rate 2x 3. leads acquired 95% without discount incentive! Moreover, Socital has an excellent team that provides outstanding customer support!

CONS

There could be further optimization in the reporting of Campaigns performance Also, it would be an added value if there was an option for push notifications.

Another happy customer

70% (+) of already existed emails analysed. As a result Open Rates are increased and Sales also affected! Personalized recommendations increased valuable subscriptions. Exit Intent pop-ups helped us reduce Cart Abandonment.

PROS

Email Database increased with valuable subscriptions. Personalized content, Attractive & Responsive Templates. Quite simple integration with CMS and email marketing software.

CONS

Can't say there is something that makes us unhappy.

Best customer success (support) team ever

We started our cooperation with Socital with a primary goal to build our subscribers’ base from scratch. We achieved the 6-month goal within almost 50 days! Gradually we realised that the platform offers many more solutions essential for an e-shop nowadays, like Exit Intent Pop-ups, sliders (which in the case of COVID-19 period were really useful for pushing instant notifications to our visitors). Countdown timers aimed to boost our conversions during sale or flash sale periods. Using personalised messages we managed to double our newsletter Open Rate and the audience we acquired through Socital performed with an average 11.4 ROAS on Facebook lookalike audiences over the past 3 months.

Very pleased with the results so far

Easy set up, a bit of tweaking at the start and then easy management moving forward.

PROS

Being able to acquire more data via Facebook and email has been brilliant. Personalised ads are clearly the future and Socital provides a really easy way to manage that. Very happy with the product so far.

CONS

I'd have preferred a little more set-up assistance at the start, but their customer service team were great moving forward and everything was running smoothly in no time.

Socital is fantastic to use.

Socital has transformed my clients ecom businesses. The dashboard is incredibly easy to use and quick to set-up, and once working - drives personalised ads based on the users journey. My clients are very happy with the results of Socital.

Easy to use and effective

We are growing database and the conversion rate of our e-commerce

It is really easy to implement and the team support helps in order to complete the Magento integration in just few and quick steps. You can run campaigns with a little effort.

CONS

The campaigns are still a bit limited, it would be great having more possibilities in terms of campaigns differentiations.
