Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy to use and implement. Works great and I would recommend it.

  • Fast email processing. Great customer support. Easy to use interface.

  • Cons

  • While the documentation could be more detailed, their tech support department is so efficient that I have found that to be the most expedient source for solutions.

  • Some items aren't where you would expect them to be, but once you learn where it is, it's not a big deal. Other than a fairly high up front cost, the software has been fine.

  • Pros

  • Easy interface, easy to set up, no learning curve, and their reporting is strong.

  • I love how it has so much template and content for content creation and marketing. Their templates are quality and great designs that are user-friendly.

  • Cons

  • Would love to see more integration of paid Facebook features. Other than that, I have no complaints really.

  • My only real complaint about Sprout is the per-user price, but if your team only has a single social manager it is well worth the cost.
