  • Pros

  • The interface is very clean, most tools are easily accessible for every feature available and also, the very stylish and friendly design really improves the user experience, makes it more enjoyable.
  • I love how the calendar setup works. Also the reporting it offers is so helpful in understanding what content is performing best, as well as providing an easy and beautiful report for clients.
  • Cons

  • Lack of support for enterprise. Difficult to scale up using this tool.
  • The problem with this Sprout Social is that it sometimes misfires when posting to Linkedin. Instagram posting is also little glitchy.

  • Our DAM houses all of the images we use in our catalogs and online. I love it's ability to organize and tag image in order to search for them with ease.
  • Ability to convert assets to other formats. Cost is based on space not users, which is helpful in a many-user environment.
  • Cons

  • Occasionally can be tricky to find things unless you have the exact product code or if you are looking for some lifestyle shoot imagery of a particular shoe.
  • Finding documentation seems to be difficult. Not sure if it the actual software or if it is the manner is which our company set it up.
