Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy interface, easy to set up, no learning curve, and their reporting is strong.

  • I love how it has so much template and content for content creation and marketing. Their templates are quality and great designs that are user-friendly.

  • Cons

  • Would love to see more integration of paid Facebook features. Other than that, I have no complaints really.

  • My only real complaint about Sprout is the per-user price, but if your team only has a single social manager it is well worth the cost.

  • Pros

  • The ease of use is incredible. The dashboard is very easy to navigate and make changes that will help your business.

  • Easy to use UI with an awesome template editor for emails. When needed, their support team was helpful and prompt. I was able to get new users trained on the software easily with their platform.

  • Cons

  • At times the interface can be a little overwhelming but if you take your time, follow the tutorials you will be just fine.

  • It is pricey, worth it- yes. But, it's not a small cost by any means.
