Surefire Is a Sure Thing!
We were nervous to change at first and thought it was 'too good to be true' but decided after talking to several references, we'd give it a shot. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was great getting us started and listened to what we wanted, made suggestions and edits, and we are very happy with the end product. We were then handed off to our rep, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], who has been incredible from the start. We chat with her weekly and she's very understanding with all of our questions and we feel very comfortable with her.
PROSWe like that it's a one-stop shop for marketing with incredible customer support! We can post to multiple platforms, track what people are interested in on our site, listen to leads, and get help from our rep within minutes. Our rep, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], is always making great suggestions, answering our questions or finding out the answers for us, and she makes us feel like we matter to her and to Surefire.
CONSAt first we didn't like that we couldn't make direct changes to the website ourselves. On our old platform we could go in and change things pretty easily. We quickly learned that we should allow the 'pros' to do those changes and to be honest, all we have to do is send a request and it's honored in just a short time! We just had to get used to the new system.
Reason for choosing Surefire Local
Honestly it was because of [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and the references he supplied. We went with our gut and it seemed like the best bang for our bucks.
Reasons for switching to Surefire Local
Once they got our site up and running we initially had a great rep that helped us. He left, and the next rep was barely there for us, didn't return calls, and wasn't proactive. We felt like they just put our site on cruise control and never offered to change what need to change to improve performance and increase leads. We felt like we didn't matter to them.

Definitely Recommend the Surefire Local Marketing Platform
Surefire Local has greatly increased the traffic to our website from one year to the next. The results have been huge and evident.
PROSThe platform is very easy to use and navigate. It allows me to easily show and share with my husband/co-owner of our business how all aspects of our social media and website are functioning.
CONSThe only thing that I would change is the time it takes to load some sections/pages and the functionality when using Mac browsers (Firefox and Safari).

Premium Plan is a SCAM with a good sales team
From the beginning, Surefire Local Sales Team promised us a lot. We signed the 3-month contract on the Premium Plan which included Account Manager (who was available for a call only 5-7 days after I needed assistance) Reputation Management (never used) Content Publisher (we received 0 content for after 2 months of use) Directory Optimization (Marketing team never optimized anything) GeoJuice (Could be Useful) Chatbot (Clients used it) Email Marketing (never used) Social Media Management (we received 0 content for after 2 months of use) Search Optimized Blog (we received 0 content for after 2 months of use) Posts (we received 0 content for after 2 months of use) PPC Management (never launched, telling us, that Marketing team never worked with Locksmith before) LSA Optimization (Marketing team never optimized anything) Digital Marketing Strategist (I never even had a call with a marketing strategist, only with the account manager!) I send a cancellation ticket from the website. No response. We stopped using the software. As I mentioned before, the contract was only for 3 months. 6 months later we received the invoice for 6 months! No calls, no emails about payments. With only a 3-month contract, how can you possibly collect money for 6 months?
PROSThe software itself is OK. Definitely not for their price. I would pay $200 for the software itself.
CONSThis software is not for mobile locksmith services or any services where you need more than just a phone from your client. When I used the software myself, that was ok. As for CRM, we needed additional information about our clients, such as the make and model of the vehicle. The price for the basic package was too high, so we purchased the Premium plan which includes all the content creation, SEO, PPC management. The marketing by itself works terribly, you can schedule calls only in 5-7 days.

Marketing Made Easy
It has made my job so much easier. The platform allows me to do most tasks from one site.
PROSThe platform is streamlined and user friendly. Information is quick to access and easy to track.
CONSThere really is nothing to not like about the software.
