Not only the software is very useful when working on content marketing initiatives but it can do it in french as well! As I am in Canada, I often get requests for french clients, not a lot of tools are able to work both in french and english.

The limited amount of queries I can pass in the tool per month at first, but this is manageable with good time management.

I write better articles faster. When I have outside writers create content I make sure it's Surfer optimized as that saves me a LOT of time in dealing with their content. This tool is really necessary for my business.

Normal methods for adding keywords to blog posts leave them unreadable and really stick out. Surfer helos me to write better blog posts, articles and reviews by telling me what people want to hear about. Rather than keyword stuffing, I know which topics I need to include. The help with creating an optimized outline makes the rest of the process a dream.

There are never enough Content Editor credits for the articles I want to work on. I tend to max out my credits each month but the next tier is too much higher. Wish there was an option more in the middle. Overall this means I love the software and want more of it!

My experience with Surfer has been great. I've had good results from several other optimization tools, but Surfer has clearly been the best. I use it mostly to update existing website content that's already ranking in Google, and I consistently get higher rankings and more traffic after using Surfer.

I've used several other similar tools for optimization, but Surfer is by far the most comprehensive. It doesn't just suggest keywords to include, it also covers things like number of images, headlines, and lines of bold text you should include. The results have been excellent.

Because Surfer is comprehensive, it takes a while to optimize a page. If I write a blog post, I usually need at least an hour to work on optimization to achieve an optimal score.

The customer service and level of care they provide to their users is unmatched. I've never seen anyone treat their users with such care. They go above and beyond to make sure you understand the software and are successful with it. They will do video support emails, screen share walkthroughs, and the founders do educational webinars and audits/roast for free. Fantastic support makes them amazing!

The audit is the most powerful part of the software. It helps make your live pages the best possible version that they can be. Using NLP built into it for both Content Editor and Audit makes it overpowered.

Their keyword research tool. It's not the most robust, but they aren't a keyword research tool. It's there for support, not to replace other software.

There's always room for improvement and they're constantly adding new features. One small issue I noticed is that the Chrome extension for Google Docs doesn't play nicely with other sidebars like Grammarly or Docs to Markdown, so I have to disable it to use those.

First off, Surfer's Chrome extension made it super easy for us to implement into Google Docs! It's keyword tracker is great for writers and clients who need an easy glance at their progress without being overwhelmed by data. However, for those of us on the marketing side, it took a second for us to identify which data was actually useful through the clutter. It's easy to customize based on relevant keywords and top-ranking posts, so when we're writing blogposts, we can remove short ad-based blogs or listicles (like Yelp pages) to improve relevancy.

First off, there's no description of keyword difficulty, which reduces the clarity around which keywords are most impactful for the score. In addition, keywords aren't logged when they're included in a hyperlink. Sometimes Surfer can steer your content in a direction that is more SEO than reader-friendly - like recommending 32 headers in a 1300 word blog!

My experience with Surfer has been excellent. I love their software; their tutorials are quick and to the point and have taught me much. Furthermore, the support is quick and easy to work with. I am pretty impressed they don't hit you up with bots and automated replies but actual people who actually help you. Surfer is S-tier, alpha-type software that gets the job done. Don't sleep on this.

SEO has become very competitive these last few years, and you just can't go without KW density optimized content anymore if you want to be comparative. Most tools that I used before optimize content after it is written. That prolongs the writing/posting time, and it's hard for VA's to learn and do it properly. This tool does it in real-time. The keywords are right there on the right side and are interactive, giving the writer guides on what he should include in the content from the start.

I use mostly Firefox browser because it has better developer tools than Crome. SEOSurfer has good addons for Google Chrome and Google docs (that are also in chrome) but nothing for Mozilla; that is something I find it a bit frustrating.
