Cons: Cons: -Using some advanced features required a significant learning curve and/or lots of trial & error. -Payment feature doesn't natively support re-attempts after a customer payment attempt fails, though you can build a workaround using multiple conditional survey questions with a payment prompt. -Use of HTML coding in the PDF report builder would occasionally results in different spacing across sections despite using the same HTML code. -Maximum graphic size is fairly small which required me to split up graphics in some instances in order to appear to be a single high-resolution image. -Font options included many Google standard fonts, though having more font options would have been helpful to better align with my brand.
