Textedly is a cloud-based SMS marketing tool for businesses of all sizes.

The system offers mass group texting, text scheduling and customizable auto replies. Users can send texts over 300 characters long. The system also offers a link-shrinking feature to minimize the number of characters taken up by hyperlinks.

Textedly automatically gathers city, state and zipcode information for each subscriber. Users can also access analytics such as subscriber timestamps, activity, user history and other performance metrics. Incoming messages are free, and there is no limit to the number of subscribers Textedly users may have.

Textedly is priced on a per-month subscription basis.

I love Textedly

Textedly has helped to open up a very difficult market for my firm - educating labor union members who work on construction sites.

Pros

I really love the ease of using this software and quick tech support. The dashboard is very user friendly.

Saving time with textedly

In the house cleaning business, I can reach current and occasional customers which have freed up more time for me to be in customers homes.

Pros

I like knowing I reach all my customers at one time and get response by them.

Awesome service for text message

The textedly web text message service is very awesome and it is above my overall expectations.

Pros

Easy to text anyone on your subscriber list. Cheapest text messages services. Quick customer support.

Cons

When you erase any subscriber you cant send them a message until they reenroll by themselves.

Great tool for mass texting

Pros

Its easy to upload contact lists. It's easy for consumers to unsubscribe. Excellent customer service and amazing price.

Cons

They don't have the functionality of personalizing messages with the individual's name, like you would when you mail merge in "Word"

They take the money but won’t let you use it if you are not on a current plan

After they way they treat you! I will not do business with a shady company like this. I will not spam my customers to use up my credit but they won’t let you keep anything so shame on you if you do business with this company!

Only one key word worked. The worst my credit card was compromised and I forgot this was on a monthly billing. They took the money out but went to use it said my subscription was up. They get their money but will not let you use it. Also you don’t get what you pay for. It’s says credit but you loose them each month so if you don’t have 2000 to send you lose. Called and asked said I can’t use my 2000 credit. And can’t get a refund. BAD COMPANY SAY AWAY UNLESS YOU LIKE YOU MONEY TAKEN! This is bad business.

Pros

It is very easy to use. I thought it would be difficult to learn how to send mass texts, but the tools are simple and there isn't much of a learning curve.

Cons

I wish the texts would send faster. I'm not sure if this is standard, but it seems like the messages can take a while to get to our clients.

I find texedly good

I switch over to shopify from woocommerce a year ago and I don't regret it.

Pros

I can get customers to opt in via texting keywords which is great! Instead of the standard of simply adding phone numbers.

Nothing. Shopify could have more options for paid themes but that's all

Life Saver

Pros

As a event marketer my goal is to get all my contacts into one space that does not require social media. After lots of research Textedly has proven to be the best platform for me to gather contacts and get info to them. I am thrilled with my service so far

I've ran 2 campaign blast in the last 2 months and it helps my existing customers come back or refer friends. At least 30 referrals or return customers have come from it in the past 2 months

Pros

I can send to everyone simultaneously. I came from mighty text where I could only do 25 at a time and had to think way to hard about making groups and keeping track of subscribers was a nightmare. Usually would take half of my Sunday away now I'm done from creating a campaign to send ingredients it out in 30 minutes.

Cons

That I can't send with my caller ID. That customers already have a trust with. But it's ok they'll learn to love the short code.

Textedly is a MUST for all churches and religious organizations!

Pros

Textedly offers one of the cheapest (if not the cheapest) mass texting with shortcode plans online. For a small church group with just 200-300 members, it was not worth spending upwards of 75 dollars monthly to send them weekly notifications. But with Textedly, the price was almost 80 percent less! Best of all, the user interface is so smooth, I am able to send mass texts from whereever from my phone. The support group always gets back to me as soon as possible as well and is very helpful if I have any questions!

Cons

There are no cons compared to other mass text messaging platforms. The one thing I can say is that they don't offer just a standalone service where you can buy credits one time and just use them. You have to subscribe to a monthly plan no matter what.
