Users can send texts over 300 characters long. The system also offers a link-shrinking feature to minimize the number of characters taken up by hyperlinks. Textedly offers the following texting options: $24 per month: includes 1 keyword, and 1,000 outbound text messages. $39 per month: includes 2 keywords, and 2,000 outbound text messages. $50 per month: includes 3 keywords, and 3,500 outbound text messages. $70 per month: includes 4 keywords, and 5,000 outbound text messages. $140 per month: includes 6 keywords, and 10,000 outbound text messages. $210 per month: includes 7 keywords, and 15,000 outbound text messages. $350 per month: includes 10 keywords, and 25,000 outbound text messages. All inbound text messaging are free! Pricing continues to scale based on number of keywords and text messaged, up to: $2,800 per month: includes 50 keywords, and 200,000 outbound text messages. Textedly also offers annual plans. By paying for the entire year, you will get 20% more text messages each and every month.

Tried the rest, Textedly is the best

It solved a major problem within our organization. We now have internal communication.

Pros

Customer service great

Pros

The text service is very easy to use and the customer support is quick and responsive. I was trying to send links and it was functioning properly. They were quick to make it right and looked into alternative solutions.

Cons

You may not be able to send a url link. The mobile carriers block it. Which isn’t textedly fault.

Worst customer service ever

Terrible, Just terrible.

Nothing There is absolutely nothing good about using this companies platform. Stay away

Cons

Company has the worst customer service. I have tried to cancel on multiple occasions but they NEVER get back with the customer. I have tried to cancel but since my account was on an annual contract, could not do it through the website. Spoke with multiple people over chat since their phone service is terrible, and been told that "someone" will reach out to you regarding this issue. I hardly receive replies on the chat site on the web page, and they ignore your requests. Do not use this service unless you want some major stress in your life. Terrible company.

The Only Guarantee My Customers See!

The reason I chose Textedly is because I was looking for an affordable option to communicate with my followers while being on a very small budget. Textedly is exactly what I need without a ton of bells and whistles. I love the service and my customer engagement has increased greatly!

Pros

I like that the software is very easy to use and that I can see my results immediately when a message is delivered.

Cons

I don't like that there isn't a separate mobile app that I can use with the software. Even though you can use it through your browser, it's not the same.
