Textedly is a cloud-based SMS marketing tool for businesses of all sizes.

The system offers mass group texting, text scheduling and customizable auto replies. Users can send texts over 300 characters long. The system also offers a link-shrinking feature to minimize the number of characters taken up by hyperlinks.

Textedly automatically gathers city, state and zipcode information for each subscriber. Users can also access analytics such as subscriber timestamps, activity, user history and other performance metrics. Incoming messages are free, and there is no limit to the number of subscribers Textedly users may have.

Textedly is priced on a per-month subscription basis.

This is the best mass texting service I have ever seen. The feature of setting communication on my time is the best feature. I can effortlessly build my customer base. And the other things is, there is no limitation about signing up, how many people I like. If anyone sign up, textedly automatically track zip code, state etc. that's why I can know how is performing my campaign. That's why I am like this software..

Cons

Subscriber data is more complicated. This software is not so user friendly. Company's support system needed some improve.

Ease of use. All over the network. Very fast and responsive. It provides any feature needed and fits various businesses.

Cons

The only frustrating part of this was synchronizations between the actual service and email client. Other than that it was good.

Pros

We are always on the move so we need something which can be easily accessible and flexible. Textedly suits best for instant messaging. It gives us feasibility to send a proper format message so that our customer/clients gets the whole knowledge in a single message, thanks to Textedly. Along with mass messaging, we can schedule it as well for later days.
Apart from all other functionality, Textedly has a great customer support, which adds more value to customer experience.

Cons

Satisfied with all the aspects, and so simple to operate, for the cons, there is nothing much but they can always bring something new, which solves the pain issues of email marketing, can have more options in "Filter". Other than that, Great Work Textedly Team!

Cons

Other than some minor issues like no sync with outlook might be annoying for some, it does what it is supposed to do very well.

An effective way to communicate with Customers and Teams.

Pros

After trying several similar programs, Textedly stood out in Customer service, value and ease of use.
The system is clean, easy to use and organized in an intuitive fashion. It is very user friendly.
The Customer Service is responsive, helpful and accommodating.
The Plans are set to meet the needs of users of all levels.
Good product, good service, good value.

Cons

The only thing I would like is an app but they've focused on a good product at a good price and back it with good service so I've learned to adapt to not having an app for it.

It's easy for me to stay in touch with my residents.

Pros

How easy it is to set up and use.The support team was available and answered my questions right away at setup and I have not needed them since. Such a great staff!

Ability to conveniently and quickly send messages to a large number of people.

Pros

The ability to send texts quickly and easily. I also like the option to type up a message from a computer instead of having to use a phone.

Cons

When switching to another app and then back to the textedly app everything reloads and all typing etc is lost.

Pros

I like that the service allows us to store templates of commonly used messages. This helps us streamline our operations a great deal.

Cons

I with there were a dedicated app for mobile devices. Currently it only works through a browser, and I feel a stand alone app would be nice.

We were able to quickly and easily able to communicate with our staff and parents of the kids camp we run for the month of June. We often need to share timely news about delays and things to remember and this program was a perfect fit for us.

Pros

I loved the clean and simple design of the website. I found it to be very intuitive and easy to operate.

Cons

I wish there was an app for it. We also encountered a 24 hour period of not being able to use TAGS which is how we are set up to communicate with our groups. However, your team gave us 500 extra texts which made it a little easier to swallow.

Textedly helps us effectively push out communication to our employees. We will soon be using this to communicate with our customers.

Pros

Textedly is VERY user friendly! An easy upload of phone numbers and the ease of sending messages are my top praises.

Cons

Customer support and response is lacking. Also, if we delete someone from the backend, it would be nice to be able to reactivate them. It unfortunately does not give us the option to do that. We use this as a way to communicate with employees, so if someone is rehired- we are unable to add that person back to the list.

Easy to use and it works extremely well with our in-house database.

Pros

It's easy to update contact tags that make custom segmenting very simple. As a recruiter for a university, I find textedly to be an incredible tool that is vital to our process.

Cons

There's honestly nothing I can say that is negative about this service, but I can say that what I do like least about it is that if it ever stopped existing, then I'm sure I wouldn't be able to find a comparable product for the price.

Increased ability to communicate more effectively with my leaders, teams, and members. Great tool for getting information out efficiently, quickly, and people don't feel spammed.

Pros

I love that I can schedule a group text message to be sent out ahead of time. It is super helpful administratively for me to accomplish this task earlier in the week whereas with other free texting services you have to hit the send button exactly when you want it sent - the send later option is amazing and worth every penny! Super affordable as well too.

Cons

Uploading the contacts can be a little difficult at times - chimp mail is a little bit more interactive and helpful to upload contacts/emails whereas Textedly format of their CSV doc needs to be exact or will reject uploading contacts; however, once you have it formatted properly it works amazingly!

Interface - it is easy to use for anyone regardless of technical skill.

Contact management - it is very easy to upload a CSV file of your customer list or manually enter in a new contact. Searching for a specific contact or keyword tied to that contact is also easy.

Ability to schedule texts - this alone is great because I can schedule campaigns ahead of time when a promo goes live and I don't have to worry about setting it up the day-of.

Individual and mass texting abilities - our customers love that now we can send individual texts that their order has been shipped and alerts them. Also the ease of use in sending a mass text is the real use of this and having both capabilities really makes this product shine.

Price - great value for the product. Texting services are a dime-a-dozen these days and I have used a few but Textedly is the best all around for value of what you get!

Cons

Not a major con, but would like the ability to send messages to specific people or keywords using a filter from the new message page. It already can be done by going to the Subscribers page, performing a filtered search and then sending message from there. It's not a major con and is nit picking since that is only one extra step but that's about the only con I can think of using Textedly.

It is user friendly for those who are not tech savvy! I have easy and prompt access to customer support. And my subscribers get quick responses! I also love that so can response to subscribers as well !

Cons

I wish my unused messages could roll over into a new month. I think this should be considered. In addition, I should be able to receive email notifications when new subscribers sign up, but overall this platform is AWESOME!
