- It's simple to use and a easy solution for mass text marketing. Great for keeping our guests and member up-to-date on events and sales.
- Textedly is VERY user friendly. An easy upload of phone numbers and the ease of sending messages are my top praises.
Cons
- The inability to export our lists. It's a feature that textedly needs to add with the way that campaigns are shaped today.
- It is virtually impossible to cancel the service. You can never talk to anyone you are limited to the chat or email only for support.
Pros
- Other than the great concept of ZoomInfo in general, and the great info you can get from them, I have to say the thing I like the most is their customer service.
- Prospect and company contact information is updated frequently which has saved me a lot of time while prospecting. We have ZoomInfo integrated into our CRM allowing a streamlined workflow.
Cons
- Ve had the feature since I started using the zoom info. There is some dead data and they give you no way to notify them that it’s bad information and they keep selling their data to other customers.
- In my dealings with this company they seem shady. High pressure sales, increasing price after we agreed, generally rude tones.
