  • The quick communication with customers paves way for immediate resolution providing great interaction and satisfaction.
  • Easy to use, fast to implement and ready to roll in days not weeks. It was a great solution for our curbside service during the Covid-19 pandemic and beyond.
  • Cons

  • Usage could be a little clearer. It’s tough to find contacts at times.
  • The lack of phone service required me to use multiple services to achieve our goals.
