Like the basic functionality and affordable price
I love how I get notified when an email is read, and a very no-nonsense layout and functionality. Perfect for the price point and what I use the email in my freelance business. Have this as an add-on to my WordPress page, and it's so easy to implement
CONSSometimes the barebones layout in the email app can be to basic, wish it was more easy on the eyes. Does not really filter out my spam messages.

I like Titan Email. It is simple. Cheap prices according to their competitors. Affordable for small businesses like us.

No Flexibility in Choosing the Inbox Setup
Titan has created more problems for me because it is so inefficient in its design.
PROSIt was easy to integrate with Wordpress.
CONSOMG - there have been so many requests to change the thread option and Titan has not addressed the issue. Users have been complaining about the "thread only" inbox set up. Emails get jumbled. The most recent email is not on top. I waste so much time finding the most recent email if I need to respond. It is maddening and frustrating.
Reasons for switching to Titan Email
Because it is integrated with Wordpress. I plan to switch to another email provider because Titan has not responded to hundreds of requests from users over the past year to provide the option to ungroup emails.

Best Email Service Ever!
I am so happy with everything. I have never used such an accessible and reliable platform!
PROSI love everything about Titan! I love that their team is so easy to talk to. I have not needed customer service often, but when I have needed them, they responded almost instantly with a solution.
CONSThere is nothing to dislike about this excellent service.
