Having live chat means my team isn't busy handling TE-related questions nearly as much. Training has been off the charts. If you don't have great training, you don't have great adoption, which means you're wasting money and resources. TE bends over backwards to provide ongoing training as well as solid training videos that are short and to the point. It has really opened up our tech stack and allowed for seamless end to end automation. Support all the way from our CSM to the actual Support team at TE is absolutely incredible and highly responsive! As of right now, I have yet to have a negative experience with the platform. The possibilities are endless! Seamless API connection to our LOS system allows for instantaneous contact migration and mapping. The ability to create custom automation using their Journey tool is completely amazing. We have been able to integrate almost 98% of our tech stack into TE allowing us to build out quite a comprehensive intelligent automation platform. Cons: As with any system, you're going to run into your road blocks. Customization of certain features is slightly limited and depended on the TE team to upload templates or alter templates for you etc. Also, this one is so small but continues to be a thorn in our sides; Profile pictures for any user are limited to less than 1MB in file size which is CRAZY small... most cell phone pictures are WAY higher resolution than this.
