Solidy, reliable, and easy to implement.
Exceptional implementation experience for both mass texting and API. Solid and reliable, with a relatively intuitive UI. Pleasant and painless sales experience, and excellent support thereafter. Works exactly as intended.
CONSUI is a little clunky, and it'd be great to have some more brand-friendly/white label URL shortener options.

Trumpia = BEST
Overall amazing experience. The support team is always quick to respond if ever an issue. Rarely any issues. Billing is easy and the sight is very user friendly.
PROSUser friendly and customer service is unbeatable.
CONSI don’t like the fact that we are Charged for failed messages. Would love to be able to set a candidate into a set list.

Gets Job Done with few extras
The customized lists of recipients was very helpful. Additional features such as scheduled blasts and QR codes were also great.
CONSThe UI/UX is a little difficult to navigate and unintuitive.

Essential Communication Tool
We have used Trumpia since 2012 and have never been disappointed. Their staff is quick to respond to any questions or concerns, they truly are a valued communication partner.
PROSThe ease of use and availability make Trumpia one of our most essential communication tools. Messages can be sent from a computer, tablet, or phone. The straightforward platform is easy to navigate making Trumpia accessible to all levels of users.
CONSWe prefer the classic platform over the new version, however, since we are able to easily switch to classic when needed, this is not an issue for us.
