Pros:

We're a digital marketing agency that manages over 100+ client accounts and we're in need of software to help with growth on our pages. After trailing all products out there, Upgrow performed the best overall and has a superior program for agencies. Strong niche-based growth on all our client accounts for the past 6+ months and easy to track everything from one dashboard.

Cons:

Compared to other options, Upgrow is highly priced but well worth it. I wish they offered more discounted pricing for large volume customers.

Got the annual plan and never looked back! 10/10

I truly recommend Upgrow to anyone who wants to boost their business or online presence in an organic way. And (most importantly) attract followers who actually are interested in what you share! The Upgrow team definitely delivers on Instagram growth! As soon as I signed up, my dedicated campaign manager-[sensitive content hidden]-arranged a phone call to kick things off. The first piece of advice he gave was to start posting more stories. That same evening, I posted my first story and also posted the same video to my Reels. Within a few weeks that Reel gained over 2k plays! Over 3 months, my account grew from 21 followers to 1500+ followers. They're real people that are interested in my content; not bots.

Pros:

The most positive aspect of Upgrow is their customer service. They always reply immediately and always are very very helpful. This level of communication is priceless. Also I want to mention that my IG account is thriving and I haven't had any issues whatsoever. I need to mention this because in the past I've hired people to do this kind of work - but even then it would sometimes result in my account getting blocked. Because of over-activity basically. Or fake followers. Upgrow has worked it out very nicely. It's clear they know what they're doing. I'm happy I stumbled upon them this year!"

Cons:

1) Had some trouble getting started cause of a glitch in their system right after I changed my IG handle. To their credit, they didn't charge me for the first month 2) Sometimes I feel like their analytics are almost too advanced for what I need. It's a bit of an overkill for someone who's not a major social media guru. I mean, it's cool to see all that detailed data, but it can be a bit much.

Beware of this scam business

Terrible experience from start to finish. I paid for services that were never delivered and could not get support or a refund. This feels like outright fraud and I want to warn others not to fall into the same trap.

There is nothing positive to say about this service. It feels like a complete scam and offers no real value at all.

Cons:

They refuse to respond to cancellation requests or emails. I had to cancel and block my credit card to stop further charges. This is highly unprofessional and should be reported to the authorities.

Upgrow makes it very easy to set up your account.

Cons:

We signed a customer up for their Turbo AI Plan and selected USA and Canada targets. The Upgrow dashboard shows 75% came from these markets, our customers' IG account shows 85% came from Bangladesh. We only received 1,027 Followers of the "3,500 - 5,000+ Real Followers /mo" in their Turbo Plan. We have contacted them several times to cancel the account, but they refuse to respond and continue to bill our credit card $299/month.

the result was just not there; support to get to the objective was not in place.
