UPshow is a cloud-based marketing and digital signage solution that caters to businesses in industries such as hospitality, fitness, health care and entertainment. Key features include content scheduling, multi-screen support, media libraries and automatic player updates.

Users can select from a variety of built-in entertainment channels and educational streaming services such as sports programming, gameshows and medical information. UPshow provides displays such as digital bulletin boards, social media integrations and marketing spotlights. Users can upload their own content or configure Upshow's built-in graphics, text and display features. 

Users can view reports and analytics that include the number of customers reached, posts displayed through the system, engagement and more. Additionally, UPshow supports integration with Twitter and Instagram, which allows users to display customer-generated content.

Upshow offers services on a monthly and annual subscription basis. Support is available via phone, email, live chat and an online help center.

UPshow is new for us...

Totally brand new experience for our members and our staff...definitely looks to be something that will help us to set the bar very high.

Pros

The overall experience with UpShow has been great. We love this program.

Pros

Great way to get your company name out there. People can see multiple locations when they go to our store.

Cons

Doesn't pull up private accounts. Also when you post multiple pictures at once, it doesn't pull it up on the screen.

Easy and awesome

Amazing Business Tool

Upshow solved our issue where we have 3 tv's and did not know how to run content on it. The previous owner paid crazy money to Direct TV for only canned videos and we can customize to our services. The social media interaction really brings the customer closer to our business.

Pros

The ease of use was very important to us when we were reviewing software for business. The Upshow team made the set up easy and the support after has been very timely.

Cons

The only downside is with any internet based software, you are at the mercy of the internet provider. Sometimes it is slow while uploading new content

Valuable business tool!

We are increasing our average check by engaging our customers with visual entertainment.

Pros

I utilize the platform for a variety of visual content. It engages our guests and lends to longer stays and increased revenue.

Cons

We are currently working to get the trivia aspect to allow "Trivia Night" competitions. It's taking longer than expected.

Its east to "curate" the photos and add graphics for our own events.

Cons

if we don't update it often, it becomes background so staff aren't noticing it anymore. I don't see a lot of guests interaction. I'd like it to work with facebook too

The Social Media Wall Everyone Wants

Overall experience was seamless. It started with a quick email to say, "we're in with UPShow once again", continued with an online registration form, and ended with an on-site technician to set it all up.

Pros

It has a very professional look to it. Other social media TVs don't even come close to the look, feel, and options for users. The dashboard incorporates a robust backend allowing for spotlights (for sponsors, commercials), as well as, a cool list of high-engaged users like a leaderboard.

Cons

Nothing. I've used it twice - keep coming back for more.

Great for Bars & Restaurants

Pros

I like the ability to have your various social media feeds displayed in location to help promote user generated content!

Cons

It would be cool if Facebook could be linked to it as well because I think most people opt to use that platform over twitter. At least that is the case in my local area and demographic in the bars I serve

Cons

The internet connection can sometimes cause our screens to shut down/turn off... but the UPshow team is quick to reply and fix.

UPshow is a great product with a great team behind it!

Pros

UPshow is very simple to use. Within a few minutes, we were bringing great content to our bar guests. I love that I can schedule Marketing Screens so that they expire after the event has run. I wish all of our systems were this seamless.

Cons

This is a double edge sword, but while I love how easy UPshow is to use, there are times that I would like to curate how frequently (and which of) my screens appear.

Seems easy to edit

Our customers advertise for us by posting our food, location, drinks etc on their social media ccounts.

Pros

I like the visibility and interactive capabilities it provides for guests and staff members alike. Customers get a kick out of seeing their photos instantly uploaded.

Cons

I get complaints from people who upload using correct hashtags but their photos do not appear while they are in the store. Usually it is because their social media profiles are private.

Customers love it! Company team loves it. Is a great way to interact with guests! Really makes the people that visit us feel part of the team!

Cons

Wish the "teaching" of the system was a little easier. People without social media back rounds might have a tough time getting full potential out of OS.

Pros

The ease of use, and the ability to use how you want. I can update as needed and change pictures and or change or take out pictures people post that are not following our guidelines.

Cons

If there a problem, I have had no customer support. I have contacted customer support thru chart and or email, and have never received a response back. My local rep has been helpful.

We love UPshow and it's a lot of fun for us and our guests.

We run quite a bit of promotional events in our facility. This allows us to promote our events on a continuous loop to our active customers.

Pros

This software is so easy to use and pretty intuitive. I love being able to share our own highlights while making it interactive for the customer.

Cons

It would be great to have editing within UPshow for our spotlights. One less step I have to take to make our graphics the right size the better. I would also love to be able to customize the order and frequency of things more as well. While I love having some options now, I would love to have more options.

Quality, easy to work, user friendly

The ability to market our venue on social media through customer involvement. UpShow also allows us to make our guests feel special and valued by shouting out them or their friends/loved ones for special occasions.

Pros

The ability to customize so much, to set certain date/time limits. The website is very easy to navigate and is simplistic but also offers a wide variety of options. The ability to link with Instagram is also a nice feature.

Cons

I wish that the text options that overlay the pictures were more diverse. Sometimes I need to pick a different color so that it would show up better and I am unable to do so. Having a variation in fonts would also be nice.

A wonderful addition to our bar / dining area...much more engaging than a sports or news channel

It allows us to have a "SCREEN" in the bar & dining room without being a sports or news channel. I never wanted that kind of vibe. This allows us to create our own atmosphere for tourists from all over the world AS WELL as locals who frequent our establishment

Pros

Easy to program and operate. Mobile app is great for off site modifications. Great feedback from the employees and guests. the ability to create a customized feed is what sets this apart.

Cons

Military timing AND on Chicago time makes it challenging to use the scheduling features. Lack of ability to copy existing spotlights~having to recreate from scratch if we want to run a spotlight 10 times a day for maximum exposure is VERY time consuming for a daily special

Simply to set up, simple to use. The administration side is easy to work with. I like how they do updates and have interactive games.

Cons

More information on the whats being streamed or shown. How often it updates, more examples on the channels content. Would like to know instead of just trying them out to see what they are.
