  • Pros

  • Can create pretty complex automation in a short time once you get the hang of it. Integrations to other tools are very helpful.
  • The support team is available 24/7, the setup is super easy, the features are amazing and the design of the software is awesome, I am very pleased with the service & highly recommend it.
  • Cons

  • The email designer is a little clunky, but a new version is coming in a few weeks - so that’s my only complaint resolved.
  • Unfortunately I wasn't able to implement it after the PoC due to specific requirements internally.
