- I like Vista Social as it offers exceptional value by providing a unified inbox that consolidates messages and automated responses from multiple platforms real time.
- As a Social Media Manager, the features I liked most was the ability to create a systematic workflow and being able to delegate in the "Team Member" feature of the Vista Social.

### Most mentioned cons

- The downside that I see for Vista Social is that heavy mobile users may find the mobile experience disappointing due to formatting issues that make verifying information difficult.

I've been a Vista Social user for over 2 years now and I can confidently say that the experience has always been great. The Ai assistant is still working wonders for me, the interface has improved so much, and the DM automation feature made my life a whole lot easier as a social media manager managing more than 3 sites. It's organized and I love how easy it is to use all the features.

#### Cons

Vista Social has always been improving their features, as of today, I really don't have any cons with it because the current features fit well with how I work and what I currently need best as a social media manager.

A very user-friendly platform that is a great assist in social media management. This is important for onboarinding a large company with hundreds of users. The tool has everything I'd need in a tool so there's no reason to ever leave. Some unique features: bulk posting, UGC searching/reposting, GIF search/post within the tool, first comments for ALL platforms, Twitter thread maker.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

As soon as you log in, there are brief and simple popups that give you a tour of the platform. There are many options that are unavailable on its competitors: - options to change fonts and even alignment of post copy -Custom fields make it so much easier when posting in bulk, which is something I commonly have to do. -poll creation, notes creation -pexels integration for stock -create first like and first comment - automations that involve templates and go beyond the standard "AI post copy," including "auto-link sends in DMs"! -Project management community tool built within (To Do's) - and get this: TRENDING AUDIO!

#### Cons

nothing -- it is such a wonderful tool with no downside! I can't think of one thing that I would change about it.

Solid. I came in needing a tool that could handle multi-platform bulk scheduling without me fighting each platform's native scheduler — Vista Social does exactly that. The AI DM and reply features were a bonus I didn't expect to rely on as much as I do. For creators, coaches, and operators running consistent content systems across multiple brands and platforms, this tool earns its cost every week.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

Bulk scheduling, multi-platform posting, and AI-assisted DM and social reply agents. I run two brands on a Sunday batch content system — Vista Social handles the full distribution week in one session. The AI reply agents are a real operational unlock for solo operators who can't monitor every inbox manually. Replaces TikTok's and Meta's native schedulers entirely, which is not a small thing if you're managing real content volume across accounts.

#### Cons

Would like more granular reporting on AI reply interactions and per-platform engagement attribution. Minor complaint relative to what the tool delivers overall.

#### Reasons for choosing Vista Social

Meta Business Suite and TikTok's native scheduler only work well if you live on one platform. The moment you're managing multiple brands across multiple platforms, both fall apart. SocialBee had the right idea but Vista Social's combination of bulk scheduling, multi-platform posting, and AI-assisted reply management in one dashboard made it the clear choice. The AI Copilot feature alone separates it from the rest — no other tool I tested handled cross-platform inbox management at that level for solo operators.

#### Reasons for switching to Vista Social

they just did not get the job done. problem with missing posts.

I didn't realize I needed this software to be frank. I created an account because I was working with a company to help with my content, but when that partnership fell through I decided to take a strategy call with the Vista team and didn't realize how many problems it could solve for me... including replacing ManyChats & LinkTree. I'm still uncovering countless features in the program and am excited to see how they scale and grow.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

It replaced a ton of programs I was already using like Manychats and Linktree. I was most impressed with their onboarding team and account managers; Max Veksler was a PLEASURE to talk to and super helpful.

#### Cons

It's a tad confusing to get started and figure everything out. I'm still getting used to it all, but it's coming together :)

#### Reasons for switching to Vista Social

I'd rather have everything in one place than 5 subscriptions

Overall, our experience has been very positive, I will only ever use Vista Social for my business because of its features, incredible support we are given and overall experience. Vista Social has given us a much more scalable way to manage multiple clients, social profiles and team workflows from one platform. It has taken some time to learn the full system, but the more we use it, the more value we get from it. It has now become a crucial part of how we manage our agency’s social media operation

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

Vista Social gives us one central place to manage scheduling, approvals, reporting and community engagement across multiple client accounts. As a growing agency, it provides the structure and visibility we need while allowing different team members to manage their responsibilities within the platform. The customer support has also been very responsive and helpful.

#### Cons

There is a learning curve at the beginning, particularly when working out where everything is located and how to manage community engagement across each individual account. Social profiles can occasionally disconnect when external platforms refresh their APIs, but I’ve found reconnecting them is generally straightforward once you know the process.

Overall, Vista Social has been a valuable addition to our agency's workflow. We mainly rely on it for managing engagement, and it has delivered exactly what we needed in that area. Having a centralized inbox has made it easier to organize conversations, stay responsive, and manage client interactions more effectively. For agencies that handle ongoing social engagement, it has been a practical solution.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

As a marketing and advertising agency, one of our biggest priorities is staying on top of client engagement across multiple social media channels. Vista Social has helped simplify that part of our workflow by providing a centralized social inbox where conversations are easier to monitor. Instead of signing into different social platforms throughout the day, we can review incoming messages and interactions from one place. This has made our daily process more organized and reduced the amount of time spent switching between accounts. I also appreciate how the platform helps keep conversations visible so important customer interactions are less likely to be overlooked.

#### Cons

Based on the way we currently use Vista Social, I haven't encountered any significant limitations. The platform has handled our day to day engagement needs well, and I haven't experienced any issues that have disrupted our normal workflow.

Vista Social has been a useful addition to the way I manage social engagement. I mainly use it for the inbox and communication side rather than trying to use every feature available, but for that particular purpose, it has worked well. The biggest value for me is having a more organized way to monitor conversations and respond to people faster. It saves some unnecessary back-and-forth and makes the overall engagement process feel easier to manage.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

The part of Vista Social I’ve found most useful is the social inbox. In a business services environment, there can be quite a few conversations happening across social channels, and having those interactions in one place makes them easier to follow. I don’t have to keep switching between different accounts just to check for new messages. It gives me a clearer view of incoming conversations and makes it easier to decide what needs a response. I also like that the workflow feels straightforward rather than making engagement more complicated than it needs to be.

#### Cons

I honestly haven’t experienced any significant limitation with Vista Social so far. My use has been focused mainly on engagement and the social inbox, and I haven’t run into anything that has negatively affected that workflow.

I’ve had a positive experience with Vista Social so far. The social inbox is the part I find most useful because it gives us a more organized way to manage conversations. For an agency handling ongoing social activity, that kind of organization can make a noticeable difference to the everyday workflow.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

For agency work, staying organized is a big part of managing social media properly. There can be multiple accounts, different audiences, and a steady stream of messages that need attention. Vista Social has been helpful because the social inbox gives me a more centralized way to keep track of those interactions. Instead of treating every social account as a separate place that needs to be checked constantly, I have a simpler workflow for monitoring conversations. I also like that it makes it easier to notice messages that might otherwise get buried when there is a lot happening during the day.

#### Cons

I honestly haven’t come across a significant limitation that has affected my use of the platform. My experience with the part of Vista Social I use has been fairly straightforward, so I don’t have a major complaint to add just for the sake of making the review sound balanced.

Vista Social has been useful for the social media tasks I actually need. I particularly like that it covers both the day-to-day work, such as scheduling and responding to engagement, and the review side through analytics and reporting. It has made managing our social activity feel more organized without requiring a separate tool for every task.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

I’ve been using Vista Social mainly for managing engagement, scheduling posts, and checking analytics. Having these activities available in one workflow has made social media management easier to keep organized. The social inbox is useful for keeping track of incoming conversations, while scheduling helps me plan posts ahead instead of having to publish everything manually. I also like having analytics available when I want to review how our social activity is performing. It gives me a practical way to handle the regular tasks without jumping between as many different tools.

#### Cons

I haven’t experienced any significant limitation that has negatively affected the way I use Vista Social. There are always things that could potentially be improved in any platform, but I don’t have a major issue that stands out from my actual experience.

#### Ratings breakdown

#### Pros

Simple, intuitive, and easy to use. Scheduling, engagement, automations, and reporting all work seamlessly in one place.

#### Cons

Nothing major so far. There’s a lot to explore, so it takes a little time to fully discover all the features.

#### Reasons for switching to Vista Social

I switched to Vista Social because it’s simpler and more intuitive while still having the features I need. Compared to Sprout Social, it’s faster to navigate and easier to schedule, automate, and customize reports. And compared to Hootsuite, it feels cleaner and less cluttered, with smoother publishing and a more practical inbox and alert system. Overall, Vista Social helps me work more efficiently without the extra complexity.

We’ve shifted from Metricool to Vista Social and I’m really happy with the move. It’s straightforward, reliable, and makes managing multiple accounts so much easier. The unified inbox is a genuine time saver, the sentiment analysis is a bonus I didn’t know I needed, and the AI post writer keeps things moving on busy days. Pricing is great for a tool with this capability. The only small hiccup was that Brave didn’t play nicely, but switching to Firefox solved that instantly. Overall, Vista Social just works, and it’s become a solid part of our agency workflow.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 4/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

We've been using Social Vista across our agency to wrangle multiple accounts and channels, and it's been a genuinely helpful addition to the toolkit. It handles Facebook, Insta and Linkedin without a fuss which keeps our workflows tidy and our teams sane. What I really appreciate is the unified inbox. Being able to reply to every message and comment straight from the platform is a small joy when you're juggling busy socials. The sentiment analysis is the cherry on top. It gives me a quick sense of how people are feeling before anything turns into a fire to put out. The pricing is another win. Compared to other tools in this league, Social Vista is incredibly reasonable, which matters when your're managing several brands at once. And I do love the AI post-writing feature. It's a great way to spark ideas or speed things up on days when the to-do list is longer than the coffee line. In short, it is practical to use and great value.

#### Cons

The only real hiccup I’ve had is browser-related. I use Brave as my main browser and Social Vista doesn’t seem to play nicely with it. I’m guessing that’s more to do with Brave’s privacy settings than the tool itself, but it does mean certain features don’t load properly. I switched over to Mozilla Firefox and everything works smoothly there, so it’s not a deal-breaker — just something to be aware of if you’re also a Brave loyalist.

#### Reasons for choosing Vista Social

Better pricing for the amount of accounts we manage.

#### Reasons for switching to Vista Social

Better functionality and We switched because Vista Social simply gives us more of what we actually need, without the extra noise. The unified inbox, sentiment analysis, and AI post writing make our workflow faster and cleaner than it ever was with Metricool. It’s better value, better functionality, and just an easier day-to-day experience for the team.

It's a really powerful social media platform that it worths more than you pay. Very complete to manage different tasks that no others offer like social listening, reporting or social media analytics. Definitely I recommend it!

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

It is one of the most complete social media tools I’ve seen to date. The DM interactions are in real time. DM automation is very useful and can be personalized depending on what you want, so you don't need to use other platforms. The listening tool is very useful because social media managers need to have more data on a single platform to know what publications are working and what are not. It looks very complete with personalized options. You can configure the automations depending on the social network; it is very easy to do. It is a powerful tool that could work for social media experts or non-experts alike.

#### Cons

The platform is very complete, but I found two small disadvantages with this platform: - The "Find content" tool doesn't show personalized research related to your topics. - Once scheduled posts have been published, you cannot reschedule them to another date; you need to start the entire process from the beginning, creating a new post. For the rest, it works really well if you manage different social media platforms like Hootsuite or Emplifi.

#### Reasons for switching to Vista Social

I'm doing a research of more complete social media platforms.

#### Ratings breakdown

Loved this platform! 💙 Super easy to use, very intuitive, and the tutorials are actually helpful. I also love that it provides AI-generated reports and competitor analysis, which give great insights for strategy and performance. The cost-benefit is amazing considering all the features it offers — it truly has everything you need in one place. Totally recommend it for social media pros!

#### Cons

I have no complaints — the platform ran smoothly without any issues. Everything worked perfectly, and I was able to use all the features offered without any lag or crashes.

All in all, it’s been a positive experience. It feels well thought out and made for people who actually manage social media day to day, constantly multitasking and having to be quick (it’s part of the job, but still - it removes the overwhelm). And since it’s easy to learn, so switching over didn’t feel like a big effort.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

There's a few things that stand out for me: 1. How clean and visually organized it feels. The layout is easy to understand, making it very UX-friendly and intuitive. For anyone who needs to learn the platform quickly, you'll get the hang of it within a day. 2. The collaboration under the publishing section is a big plus too - being able to comment directly on posts (internally, with teammates) keeps the discussions/comments we made in one place instead of having to switch between Slack or email.

#### Cons

It’s visually clean, which I like, but I’d love a little more color in the interface. It would also be great if it were available in dark mode. That’s just a small design preference, though.

#### Reasons for switching to Vista Social

Vista offers the very same key features I used in other platforms but with a cleaner layout and a better price point. The listening feature especially stood out to me because it’s always something that costs a lot more on other platforms, and this version works just as well. It also feels less cluttered, which makes a big difference in terms of work efficiency.

I love using Vista Social to manage different social media profiles, including posting, scheduling, and automation. The listening feature is also awesome. I especially love the webinar automation and the other automations because they let me manage everything in one single app instead of having to switch between different tools. It’s really handy. Overall, I like everything about it, and you can even add and edit lots of details within the platform. I also love the look and feel; it’s very user-friendly and easy to figure out. The initial setup and integration was super easy, and the tutorials are clear and simple to follow. It also has great customer support, which I think is quite important; they respond quickly.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

I love that it offers a lot of features that other apps don't have, like automations, AI support, task management, and link-in-bio pages.

#### Cons

Just that some features take a bit to learn 100%, but they have tutorials which make it so easy to learn.

#### Reasons for switching to Vista Social

Vistasocial offers a lot more features and integrates a lot of tools making it easier to have all in one app instead of using different ones.

### Makes social media management simple

My experience with Vista Social has been great. It’s more than just a scheduling tool, it helps me manage all accounts in one place. As a social media manager, I like how the inbox keeps messages and comments together, and the DM Automations make replies easy. The listening feature is powerful but still affordable, and the AI tools save me a lot of time. Overall, it makes social media work faster and less stressful.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

What I like most about Vista Social are the AI features that really save me time and make managing multiple accounts easier. The AI Assistant helps create captions and replies that fit each client’s brand voice, so everything stays consistent. Aside from that, the DM Automation feature is also a game changer. I can set up automated replies so no message is left unanswered, even when I’m not online. These features cut down hours of work. Making social media management smoother and more efficient.

#### Cons

What I like least about Vista Social are just small things that could be better. For example, real-time syncing works perfectly for Facebook and Instagram, but on TikTok or LinkedIn, updates can take a little longer. It’s not really a big problem since all messages and comments still show up in one inbox, but having everything update instantly would be even nicer.

#### Reasons for switching to Vista Social

I switched from using tools like Buffer and Hootsuite. They were fine for scheduling posts, but I found myself still jumping between apps to check DMs and comments. With Vista Social, I get everything in one place, real-time inbox, automations, and listening so it’s much more complete and efficient.

Here are the things I liked about Vista Social: first, its unified inbox feature, which is a major help for me, as it allows me to have all my messages, mentions, and comments for all my connected social channels all in one place. It also has reports and analytics that provide me with engagement insights. Second, it helps me offer proper customer support because of its DM automations that allow me to automate customer services and lead generation, allowing me to save time 24/7 for engagement. Because of its affordable social listening feature, I can track keywords, mentions of my brand, and even what people are saying about my competitors. This gives me a powerful edge. I can proactively jump into conversations, address a negative comment before it becomes a bigger issue, or get ideas for new content by seeing what's trending in my industry. Lastly, it is very secure and user-friendly, making it a good platform for small to medium businesses or even corporations or big brands.

#### Cons

The biggest thing for me is the occasional little bugs or syncing issues. For example, the unified inbox is amazing for Facebook and Instagram—it's practically instant. But with some other platforms like TikTok and LinkedIn, I’ve noticed a slight delay or a message or two that doesn’t quite sync up perfectly. It's a small frustration, but when you're used to everything else being so seamless, you definitely notice it.

#### Reasons for switching to Vista Social

It has better features and more accessible compared to Buffer.

### A big step up from basic social media schedulers

It feels like a genuinely thoughtful tool for managing social media beyond just pushing out posts. It gives me visibility and control over my conversations. I’m not missing messages, and my audience doesn’t feel ignored. The Listening feature helps me stay "plugged" into common trends and themes across my audience. For a small business budget it is definitely offering more or close to what I've received with enterprise-level tools.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

The unified inbox is a lifesaver. I used to bounce between tabs to check DMs and comments across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Threads - now it’s all in one place, live. I actually catch mentions in real time instead of discovering them days later. I also love the DM Automations. Setting up auto-replies for common questions means people get a quick answer even when I’m asleep or busy. The Listening tool is surprisingly powerful for the price. I've used APIs and different listening tools from other small businesses, mostly Australian-based. Their pricing is simply uncompetitive. I can track brand mentions and industry topics without paying enterprise-level costs - great as an entry point for small businesses and agencies.

#### Cons

There’s a slight learning curve at first, especially setting up automations and fine-tuning the Listening keywords. It took me a bit to get the filters working how I wanted, but once it’s dialled in, it’s smooth. Honestly, that’s about it. Any hiccups I’ve run into have been small and part of that learning curve.

#### Reasons for switching to Vista Social

Pricing, flexibility, and the scope and reach of the listening capabilities.

### Easy to manage multiple clients in one platform

Vista Social made my daily work easier as a project manager handling multiple US agency clients. Before, I had to switch between different platforms to reply, monitor, and report. Now I can do everything in one place, save time, and give faster results to clients. For the price and features, it’s a strong tool for agencies and small businesses.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

What I like most is the Inbox where I can see all messages, comments, and mentions in real time across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and LinkedIn. It makes engagement much easier and faster. The DM automation also saves a lot of time, and the Listening feature is great for tracking brand mentions without paying extra like other tools. Reports are simple to create and easy for clients to understand.

#### Cons

The mobile app is not always smooth. Uploading photos from my phone sometimes takes long, so I usually prefer to post from desktop. Also in the Inbox, I wish there were quick actions like liking or reacting to comments. At the start it can feel a bit overwhelming because of many features, but after some use it becomes fine.

#### Reasons for switching to Vista Social

We decided to move to Vista Social mainly because of cost and features. Sprout and Hootsuite were good, but for agencies managing many accounts they became too expensive. Vista Social gives us almost the same level of tools, and in some parts even better, for a price that makes sense for small and mid-sized clients. I also find the Inbox in Vista Social more useful because it collects all the comments and messages in real time, while in the other tools sometimes there was delay or not all messages showing. The Listening tool is another reason — with Sprout it was a premium add-on, here it is already available at a lower price. Overall the switch made our workflow lighter. The setup was not difficult, and my team got used to it in just a few days. For the clients, they see faster response time and better reports, so it has been a good move.

#### Pros

What I like about Vista Social is that I can use all of my social media profiles into one area. Seeing mentions/replies and messages real time is what I like most, followed by its listening feature.

#### Cons

I wanted to move a social profile to another group and it seems that Vista Social doesn't have that feature yet. I hope they do implement that one because it would save time instead of manually removing it from another group then add to the other group.

#### Reasons for switching to Vista Social

Price-wise, Vista Social is affordable and offers more features that the previous systems.

Overall, the multi-platform integration feels smooth, and customer support has been reliable whenever I’ve needed it.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

The interface is generally easy to navigate, and the unified inbox makes it straightforward to manage multiple channels in one place. I also appreciate the real-time monitoring for comments and messages, plus the team collaboration tools and approval workflows that help keep everything aligned and coordinated. The DM automation features are useful, and the advanced scheduling and content planning options make it easier to stay consistent over time. Social listening and brand monitoring add another layer of visibility, while the analytics and reporting tools are helpful for understanding what’s working and what isn’t.

#### Cons

Although the platform is feature-rich, the interface can sometimes feel a bit crowded when I’m trying to handle quick, simple tasks. I also think the reporting section would benefit from a more streamlined summary view, so it’s easier to do fast performance checks. Pricing can get more expensive as you add additional team members, which may be tough for growing teams that need to manage multiple users.

As an agency based in Aruba managing multiple clients and content types, we needed a platform that could scale with us without ballooning into an enterprise-level expense. Vista Social hit that balance well — a strong, agency-focused feature set at a fair price, paired with a sales and support team that actually listens to what we need. [sensitive content hidden], who run The Content Project together, both came away impressed with how the platform handles multi-client workflows, from approvals to reporting. We're still early in the relationship, finalizing pricing details, but based on everything we've seen so far, we're excited to keep building our content creation operation on Vista Social going forward.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

Best value all-in-one platform we've found for agency work Pros: Vista Social gives us everything we need to manage multiple clients in one place — content scheduling, approval workflows, white-label client reporting, and a unified inbox, all without the enterprise price tag of tools like Sprout Social or Hootsuite. It's clearly built with agencies in mind, not just solo creators. On top of that, the sales team (shoutout to Max) was genuinely helpful and easy to work with throughout onboarding and pricing — no pressure, just straightforward answers.

#### Cons

Honestly, we haven't run into anything that's been a dealbreaker so far. As with any platform switch, there was a short adjustment period getting our team fully comfortable navigating between client accounts and understanding where every feature lives, but that's expected with a tool this comprehensive rather than a flaw in the product itself. If anything, we'd say the biggest "con" is that there's enough depth here that it's worth taking the time upfront to actually explore everything included rather than just using it for basic scheduling. We'd rather call that a learning curve than a genuine drawback, since the payoff has been worth it.

I made a mistake trying to log in to my Facebook, and then I submitted a request. In less than 11 minutes, they reached out to me with a response and solution. I love how easy it was to schedule posts, respond to comments, and automate DMs even when I was not available. Vista Social helps me manage my tasks more efficiently and effectively. The listening feature is another aspect of Vista I thoroughly enjoyed.

Such a amazing experience! I use everyday and really recommended for any social media. It´s super easy to use.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5

- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

I use the platform regularly, I connected 3 professional accounts and it was super simple to do so, and moreover, super secure (I loved that). Before using the platform I was worried I wouldn't know how to use it, but when I opened it I saw how simplified and simple it was, and the layout is beautiful (which I really like). It has many options that help social media professionals in their daily work, especially if they work in a team, because the platform also sends emails (which I think is great for reminders). The calendar was my favorite part, I was able to add my videos, write captions and add hashtags. I loved the part about creating a hashtag folder, this helps a lot, especially when you work with various niches and clients. I absolutely loved my experience; the connection and ease of use were what charmed me and made my work as a social media manager much easier. I highly recommend it, especially because of all the scheduling options you can manage.

#### Cons

My only dissatisfaction was a video that wasn't posted because the video quality wasn't accepted, this made me quite upset because I usually upload videos to Instagram and TikTok in 4K, but it wasn't difficult to resolve, so it's not something that would change my opinion about the platform.
