I am using Waalaxy daily, with a couple of automation and, in combo with Sales Navigator, visiting and following people is the easiest way to be noticed, and to grow my network in my niche. There is a great guide to understanding the product, but essentially Waalaxy has a great UI easy to use and understand for newcomers.

I would like to see the opportunity to build my own LinkedIn automation flow instead of using only templates (actually templates cover almost every use case so this is not a real cons)

Overall I can't imagine my work without Waalaxy right now as it gives me a counstant influx of prospects, I have a tool to quickly set up multiple campaigns, do the A\B testing and find the pitch and industry with the highest conversion for my particular product and I'm really grateful for that.

Before coming across ProspectIn and Waalaxy I actually tried another similar solution (with a tasty name) but I didn't go further the trial period as the set up proved to be quite complicated. I fell in love with ProspectIn at the first sight and immediately had all of my colleagues use a free trial as I could be set up by a click of a button. Waalaxy was the next step providing the feature we sought after for a very long time - automated consecutive messages and email outreach.

Strangely enough it does not have the feature that ProspectIn has - removing old pending invites. Also, the variables in message sections could be more diverse, but they are only limited to NAME, SURNAME and COMPANY. Why not include - INDUSTRY or COUNTRY? The import report could provide more information - why not all of the campaign leads were scanned? What duplicated did you find and what campaign they are in? etc. Email outreach needs to be polished - the text formatting is not supported and it is not possible to include variables for the email topic - so it can't be personalized which is sad.

You can only speak to customer support over chat. I will take a day to get back to you if you are in the US. Overall it was a frustrating experience working with them.

I love the idea of the multichannel marketing automation platform. They have some good ideas.

While they have some good ideas, they are poorly executed. Unless what you want to do fits in EXACTLY with what they have - it will not work. Even then, their pre-done templates are suspect. At the end of two weeks, tons of back and forth with their support and multiple campaigns - I did not get a single worthwhile thing to work. Lots of errors were generated. Little information about why those errors ocurred. They spend A LOT of tiem coming up with 'cute' little names for everything. And I mean everything. Look at their job titles on linkedin. 'Chief Pasta Officer'. 'Chief ostrich officer'. The names of the campaigns - 'Pixie Dust from Angels'. It just gets a little silly when the product doesn't work.

I can send 10,000 personalised invitation and followup on Linkedin on automation on the backend. That helps me generate leads.

Easy to use tool. Simple UI. The best part is I set up the software once, which has been running in the backend for the last one year. Got 2000 followers without working.

My account got suspended for using this software once. It was suspended for a week. And waalaxy is clear about it, that your account might get suspended as they are not affiliated to work with LinkedIn.There is a huge risk involved to lost it. But since it helps me do my work easily I am still using it. Always keep this in mind.

Waalaxy has helped me in reaching out to new prospects every single day. I was able to get out of the LinkedIn Jail and reach out to a minimum of 2000 prospects a month. Within the last 4 months, I have closed more than 8 sales!!!!

Waalaxy is expensive as compared to other similar tools but it's worth it!!!!

The tool does exactly what it advertises. It offers an incredible amount of features for a very reasonable price. If cloud based automation isn't your top priority, then choose Waalaxy without hesitation. BTW, the Waalaxy team told me that they will be releasing a cloud-based version of the app shortly. That's great news!

Waalaxy offers numerous automation features, such as automatic profile visits, messaging, connectin requests, email enrichment, and sending cold emails, etc.

The tool requires you to keep LinkedIn open in a separate tab all the time. Would be great if it were cloud-based.

I could have never sent request to my aquantances like waalaxy sends, it is a super automation tool in 7 day around 200 people have been added to my profile.

Could not find any, may be merging lists but I have not tried it yet.

J'adore Waalaxy, j'ai automatisé deux campagnes de prospections sur LinkedIn grâce à eux. J'ai visé petit pour garder le contrôle sur ma prospection dans un premier temps et aujourd'hui je ne connais pas de meilleure façon de faire. Le peu d'incompréhensions que j'ai pu avoir ont été réglé par le support en quelques minutes.

Afin de rester en contrôle, j'ai automatisé un premier message très simple avec Waalaxy puis j'ai utilisé Piwaa et les fonctions de tags et de messages pré-enregistrés pour gérer le reste de mes conversations. j'ai hâte que ces deux outils se mélangent pour en faire un encore mieux. Pour l'instant, il m'arrive d'avoir quelques bugs qui m'obligent à recharger la page, mais c'est surtout sur Piwaa. Pour rester sur Waalaxy, j'ai parfois quelques problème de visibilité sur la file d'attente. Mais ce n'est pas très important.

I started using Waalaxy when it was just starting (and changing from Prospecting) and initially it was a bit confusing.

L'app Waalaxy est un outil parfait pour les prospecteurs débutants ou les initiés, particulièrement pour ceux utilisant Sales Navigator et Linkedin en général. Waalaxy permet de déjouer intelligemment les quotas imposés par Linkedin sans pour autant vous faire bannir. Je m'étais fait restreindre sans comprendre car je ne connaissais pas les règles des quotas. Linkedin a donc cru que j'étais un robot alors que je n'utilisais pas (encore) d'outil d'automatisation. J'installe Waalaxy et je pose directement de nombreuses questions sur le chat où il sont très réactifs. Ils m'ont éduqué stratégiquement pour éviter mes erreurs de débutant. Ils mettent à jour souvent, ils bossent, ils testent, demandent du feedback et ensuite ajoutent des fonctionnalités en rapport, sans trop de bugs (il suffit de rafraîchir la page pour relancer si besoin). L'app tourne bien, je m'en sers chaque jour et c'est un gain de temps monstrueux. Je suis sur le plan qui permet seulement des actions uniques et c'est parfait pour débuter. Je passerai certainement au plan suivant quand ma séquence sera plus travaillée car je n'ai aucun doute concernant le retour sur investissement. En effet, je l'utilise seulement en complément de mon activité pour l'acquisition de leads et c'est déjà rentable. (+ de 100k € de CA grâce à la prospection Linkedin). Et encore, j'utilise pas les mails.... Bref, enfin un outil d'automatisation qui permet de faire plus ET mieux.

Petits bugs mineurs après les MAJ + chargement des campagnes parfois il faut rafraîchir.

Aujourd'hui j'utilise Waalxy pour automatiser l'envoie des messages "brise-glace" cela me permet de gagner un temps énorme pour me concentrer sur d'autre tâche une fois l'envoie du message brise glace envoyer je prend le relais pour engagé une conversation avec mes prospect. Cela m'a aider à décrocher de nombreux R1 grâce à l'automatisation des messages.

Waalaxy est un très bon logiciel, il est facile de le prendre en main, il y a de nombreuses campagnes à disposition qui sont propres à chaque objectif. Le choix est large donc on trouve forcément une campagne adaptée à ce que l'on souhaite. Le service client et au top il ya un vraiment suivis pour résoudre votre problème, de plus il vous aide via le biais de vidéos ou photo si vous êtes vraiment perdu bref vous trouverez toujours une aide pour votre problème et généralement l'équipe fait tout pour vous le résoudre rapidement. De plus le gros point positif et que l'équipe vous offre 77 jours gratuit si jamais vous voulez essayer une campagne pour voir si elle est adaptée à votre stratégie. Avec l'arrivée de l'offre gratuite tout le monde peut utiliser Waalaxy pour trouver ses premiers clients j'ai trouvé les miens comme ça ) Bref juste pour dire que je recommande Waalxy à 200%.

Il y a quelque bug des fois quand on commence une nouvelle campagne les prospects ne s'ajoute pas et on est donc obligé sois de recréer une campagne sois de faire appel à l'équipe technique mais cela reste rare comme bug. Sinon dans l'ensemble le logiciel est bien paramétrer.

Anciennement utilisateur de prospectin depuis le premier jour, la promesse du nouvel outils waalaxy, plus efficace et au même prix n'est absolument pas tenue, plus les jours passent et plus le tarif s'envole, c'est catastrophique, sans parler des quotas absurdes que ce soit en utilisation (25 par jour selon mon plan) ou en contact, je suis dans l'impossibilité d'importer de nouveaux contacts !!, le mieux est l'ennemi du bien et à trop vouloir bien faire on fait mal, c'est exactement ce qu'il se passe dans cette entreprise

It works very smooth. Easy to install and sync with LI Sales Navigator. Very intuitive interface, just follow tips and do your work. And it could easily extract 2500 Linkedin Search results. You are able to see how are open for job search!

Funnel mapping is a key feature vs other platforms that make it easy to setup flows.

There are many competitors, this is one of the most expensive. If ease of use is something you want to pay.

This is a great tool for an outbound campaign and building a prospect list.

The ability to gain LinkedIn connections and build a campaign for a selected group of contact is great. I love their rebuild sequences.

I have switched from using an external lead generating software to using Waalaxy almost exclusively. Easy to use and I really appreciate that the team sends out tips and tricks every week via email. The only downside is that it only works with Google Chrome right now; to be honest, this isn't that big of a con just a minor inconvenience.

The easy of use, to set up and build campaigns. Importing contacts is also easy.

We experienced some bugs in our campaigns, which could have been costly for our image, apparently it was some technical issue that was being solved earlier this year. Haven't used the product since.
