"There are some limitations when it comes to advanced reporting and customization, but for small to mid-sized teams it does the job well."

"The software is good in managing sales, I like the report making which you can use to create a report that can be exported for offline reading and analyzing of sales data"

"Overall, it’s been a good CRM for day-to-day sales tracking."

"Reporting is a bit limited unless you spend time customizing it, and even then it’s not as flexible as some other tools."

"Cannot use it alone, it has to integrate with other Zendesk products, but only with Zendesk products. And customisation can be a real headache, as it needs to be completely setup before getting its full potential."
