My overall experience with Zoho Social has been mostly positive, though not without its frustrations. On the plus side, it’s a genuinely powerful all-in-one platform that brings together scheduling, unified inbox, analytics, and CRM integrations in a way that saves a lot of time once you get comfortable with it. The smart scheduling suggestions and detailed performance insights have noticeably improved my content strategy and engagement rates. That said, the interface can feel cluttered and overwhelming at times, and there’s a noticeable learning curve compared to simpler tools. The mobile app is quite limited, publishing can occasionally be delayed, and some advanced features feel unnecessarily complex. Overall, I’d rate it 7.5/10. Zoho Social is easy to use and very effective for social media management. Scheduling posts is easy and the SmartQ helps determine best dates and times for posts to go out in your feed. Using the manual scheduling feature lets you understand anticipated engagement rates as you test days and times to enable you to fine tune your targeting. Best of all, you can pre-post for almost any length of time across social media outlets of your choice. For a small to medium sized business, Zoho offers plenty of power.

Cons:

Hard to find fault in this application. On the few occasions I have had a problem, it turned out that operator error was the cause.

The best social media tool I've tried so far

I'm testing Zoho Social to manage Instagram and Facebook for a healthcare clinic, and the experience has exceeded expectations. Even during the trial phase I can already tell this is a serious tool. The workflow feels natural, scheduling is frictionless, and the learning curve is practically nonexistent. I'm already considering the paid plan, which says a lot about a product you've only been testing for a short time.

The scheduling tool that actually fits into a realtor-mom's life.
