Zoho Social Review

Problems which I am solving using Zoho Social are as such:- 1) Post Scheduling and engaging with each users from one central place. 2) Managing multiple social media accounts from one central dashaboard of Zoho Social. 3) Reporting and analytics of the performance of social media is super amazing.

PROS

Most impactful features of Zoho Social are as such:- 1) Multip-account management from one place. 2) Automated scheduling. 3) Real-time analyics Zoho Social is very easy to use. Integrating Zoho Social with our existing business's social media account was easy.

CONS

Improvements which Zoho Social can make into their platforms are as such:- 1) Overall speed of the app at which it loads. 2) UI is little obsolete, they need to revamp it. Every aspect of Zoho Social was not difficult to use also the intergration was very easy with out existing business.

Reason for choosing Zoho Social

Because Zoho social was inexpensive and has all the features which I was looking in a social media scheduling application

Review of ZOHO Social

It was a good experience.

PROS

I have been using Zoho Social for a few weeks now and I am thoroughly impressed with the platform. As a small business owner, managing multiple social media accounts can be a challenge, but Zoho Social has made the process much easier.One of the things I like most about Zoho Social is the user-friendly interface. It's easy to navigate and I was able to start using it right away without any issues. I also appreciate the customizable dashboards, which allow me to see the metrics and data that are most important to my business.The post scheduling feature has also been a game-changer for me. I can now schedule posts in advance and ensure that my content is published at the optimal time for maximum engagement. This has saved me a lot of time and made my social media presence more consistent.The automation features, such as the ability to automatically publish posts from RSS feeds and set up automated responses to customer inquiries, have also been very helpful. It's great to have these tasks taken care of automatically, so I can focus on other aspects of my business.Zoho Social's monitoring tools are also impressive, as they allow me to track brand mentions, engage with customers, and monitor competitor activity. The detailed analytics and reporting features have also provided me with valuable insights into social media performance.

CONS

One potential downside of Zoho Social is the pricing. While the platform offers many features that can be helpful for businesses of all sizes, the higher-tier plans can be quite expensive. Unresponsive, unhelpful support

The support was disappointing for the price. We did like having a single public URL for all clients to use for approvals/review.

PROS

We appreciated that there was ae reporting built in and that there was an option to quickly pause all content.

CONS

Customer support was awful. They were slow to respond, and once they did, the answer was usually "Sorry, that is not available" or "that is not something that can be done." There were no workarounds, no forwarding to development teams for future updates, and only uncaring, unhelpful responses.

Reasons for switching to Zoho Social

HeyOrca did not provide the Instagram API necessary to avoid manual push notifications to publish.
