Pros/Cons
Pros
- It integrated perfectly, easy and fast to my business, I think is the best and most accurate software and by far the one with more tools in.
- It's very easy to use and has a lot of options. But it's XRay that makes my life very easy and the Profits helps me to see how my business is doing.
- I like this software for the ease of use. Some aspect of this software is great and others ok.
Cons
- They didn't send invoice nor notification and charged me full year. When i cancelled within 7 business day, they refused to send me a refund.
- They limited the number of kw's that can be imported into Scribbles...this is just ridiculous I need far more than the 1000 limit, this makes my life difficult.
- Customer service is unacceptable. I wanted to cancel the subscription; they suggested I pause it instead, which I agreed to.
Pros
- If you are looking a powerful, easy, and quickly marketplace Kreezalid help you to get it. Have some features and capabilities to get a great and visual marketplace in a short time.
- My overall experience with Kreezalid has been very positive. Their platform is easy to use, and the ability to customize features specifically for my cosmetics marketplace has been a game-changer.
- The product has a lot of great functions to get your multivendor business started. The UX is great, it is really easy to set up and you can definitely get a lot done.
Cons
- You have to request them. Site is horrible and loads the slowest ever.
- We paid $729 for a custom development they failed to deliver.
- Some of the functionality was a bit confusing but I worked it out.
