The fact that vendors can generate shipping labels is a fantastic feature not found very often with competitors. The integration options are great as well. I love having Stripe as a way to pay out vendors and it builds trust. Ship Station for labels is the best option and I love having it as an integration #### Cons My only real problem with Shipturtle is that certain issues keep plcoming back and I'm constantly having to message customer support to once again fix the problem. For example, I've had moments where it'll tell me I reached my limit for number of vendors and that I need to upgrade. I am already on the highest plan, so this error stops me from continuing my work until Shipturtle can fix it. And once that error is fixed, it seems like a new error pops up and the cycle continues. Vendor onboarding, commission rules, payout calculation, invoicing and shipping labels are all managed in one place, and it coped with some genuinely awkward requirements without needing a developer. What stood out most was the team. Every question came back with a real answer from someone who had actually looked at the problem, not a canned reply pointing us at a help article. Mitva took care of our onboarding and from day one we felt welcome and heard. Priy in particular went well beyond what we expected, including on the harder payment and payout questions that are genuinely difficult to get right. If you are turning a Shopify store into a proper marketplace, Shipturtle does the things Shopify itself will not do. The product is strong, the whole team has been extremely helpful, and the support behind it is the reason we would recommend it to anyone. Highly recommended.
