  • Pros

  • Im very happy with Clubworx its super easy and has everything we need. Prices are reasonable and the customer service is amazing, they are always there for us.
  • Fantastic communication and easy usability. I look forward to watching how clubworx will continue to develop their systems and improve the experience for staff, business owners and members.
  • I like that we can integrate it with other apps and softwares. Very user friendly and the feature I like the most is keeping notes and tasks up to date.
  • Cons

  • Lack of financial reports, used eg for forecasting.
  • It was a little clunky setting up the schedule blocks for our Small Group Personal Training sessions, but it was a small price to pay for all the other options we picked up from the software.
  • Not been able to let ezidebit collect the fees directly to our customers. I don't like the fact we have to absorb the fees and include into our club fees.

  • They gave speedy, clear, and very informative responses to all my questions. They are kind and professional, and I’m glad we had the opportunity to work together on PSI's website redesign.
  • And his design team did such a great job on our website and were very accommodating to my several changes along the way. The website turned out fantastic.
  • So easy to use to keep track of our members and what they are doing. The implementation team was great - lots of helpful videos and instruction sheets as we moved through the process.
  • Cons

  • Customer service is terrible, takes forever to respond via the "Open Tickets" with no option to pick up the phone and call someone if there is something wrong.
  • Flexibility to change website is severely impacted by lack of Your membership development resources. Paid for development cycles are not met, and delayed continually.
  • Initially very frustrating and painful, the set up didn't feel intuitive, and confusing.
