Kicksite is a cloud-based martial arts solution designed for small and midsize martial arts schools and academies. The key features of this solution include attendance tracking, fee collection, lead management, rank management and social media integration.

Other features of Kicksite are student check-in, inventory tracking, event management, student ranking and a student portal. The dashboard allows users to view and monitor metrics such as absent students, membership status and upcoming birthdays. It also helps in creating lead campaigns with custom submission forms, confirmation page and follow-up email that helps users capture leads from their websites.

Kicksite offers Facebook integration, which enables users to post information such as belt promotions, events and birthdays to their social media. This feature allows students to share their achievements on their wall.

Kicksite offers services on a monthly subscription basis that includes support via email, phone, online training and through a knowledge base.

    It is so simple to use, and being web based, I can access it anywhere. It works great from an Iphone as well!

    Cons

    I wish the reports were easier to get to and customize. Only being able to download them via Excel limits us.

    the business parts of a martial arts school sucks. This program really helped me out by doing the heavy lifting on the admin stuff that I hate doing. It really helped my staff out as well as I can create pre-planned lessons.

    Cons

    it only works for martial arts! In all seriousness it doesn't help with tracking overall finances, but that's alright.

    Ease of Tuition Collection, Student Management, Communication w/Members and Families and Profit Centers/Landing Pages are among the many benefits.

    Pros

    My team and I like the ease of use of the program that does just about everything that we need to have done...student tracking, communication, tuition billing/collection, profit centers as well as excellent customer service (not really needed much as the Kicksite team has done a great job and is always innovating). I would highly recommend Kicksite to my fellow martial arts school owners.

    Easy to use and follow. Everything can be generated into any report you may need and printed off. The student info to collect is perfect for all ages and allows me to track students as well as communicate with their parents.

    Cons

    One or two areas like invoices or for payments, it would be great for it to automatically go back to what ever main list/page you were on "after" a transaction was completed. But that is my method, and may not be important for others.

    I like the ease of use of the software. It has a fairly intuitive interface, as well as, several useful features.

    Cons

    Right now, it appears that there are a few features that are either in development or non-existent. It would have been nice to be able to import our existing attendance data into Kicksite rather than having to manually enter the info. Also, I really wish the lead html widget would work with a Facebook ad.

    Kicksite was used as a replacement for a system that we had developed in-house and used over the past eight years. The features available matched very close to that system, and over the past few months the staff has been able to become comfortable with the system and utilize it well. Support is quick and if the system doesn't have a specific feature yet, they can suggest alternative ways to do it!

    Attendance mass check-in based on program rather than membership. trial membership attendance cannot be entered via mass check-in

    We opened our studio not even a year ago and quickly signed up for Kicksite. I wouldn't have it any other way! Others we knew started with excel files and hard copies of everything and were a mess! We jumped on board with a great company who have made sure that we are able to access all of the pertinent information quickly and easily. They have inventory management and attendance tracking as well as Facebook integration. Really, almost everything we've thought we might need, they have. And the customer support is amazing, they are always quick to reply and answer my questions, from the easiest to the most difficult and head scratching.

    Maggie (and ALL staff) have been extremely attentive and professional especially at times when I was not my best self.

    Pros

    Inventory (not sure if it's a user error or lack of education on use) - would like a order list once inventory levels reach a set amount.
    Email - after reviewing the tutorial, I am able to create more aesthetically pleasing emails, however, going through the time and effort of uploading pics into Flickr is a pain.
    ATA communication link. Not sure entry of testing results is efficient yet. I will try to use it again after August 26 testing, however, a video tutorial would be nice. I have to submit a Tiger testing, then ask headquarters to hold before shipping certificates, then submit a MAK and Adult testing. I don't see a way to do that at kicksite.
    Website Dojo communication link. I am getting leads from my website and having to enter them separately into kicksite. I'd like them to communicate.

    Pros are all the bells and whistles without extra fees nickel and diming us to death--cons are reports need more detail and ease of use. Also--would be helpful to be able to separate out the 'all-or-nothing' setup for employees :0)

    I worked with Melissa Tinkler for my training and when I had any subsequent questions or problems. She has been a joy to work with, making everything easy to learn. The software itself has been fun to dive into. It really is a nice straightforward way to manage all the data. It is so simple to use, makes running the business end of my martial arts school so easy, and it allows me to provide exceptional customer service to all my members.     I've only just started with Kicksite but so far it has been great. The software is very "user friendly" even coming from a completely manual system I am so impressed with their customer service. In this age of automated messaging it is refreshing to be able to always talk with a representative when I need to or when I have questions The Kicksite team is always ready to help
