BookingTimes is a cloud-based solution that manages small massage clinics via the clinic’s own websites. Key features include appointment and employee management, email marketing, invoicing and payments.

The solution helps users document treatment notes, as well as automatically tracking each client's details, including contact details, alerts, emergency details, booking history, account balance, client notes, referral history, emails and SMS history. Through the solution, rooms can be allocated for each booking and updates sent in the daily runsheet. Correspondence is automatic and can be configured to suit language style. BookingTimes also allows users to group staff by specific skills.

The solution can create reports including daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly financials like income breakdowns, income trends and forecasting, staff commission reports and outstanding payments. It also collects feedback directly on the website.

Services are offered on an annual or per month subscription basis and support is available via a knowledge base, an online ticketing system, email and phone.

Saved our lives:)

They were great and available. The helped us change things so that we had the system just as we wanted it without judgement.

Pros

We like the fact that it does everything for us, its easy to use and is like having virtual staff. Reliable and cost effective. Saving us lots of time.

Cons

We would like to be able to update the background photos ourselves, without bothering them, however they are totally happy to do it. We just think they have other things to do.

This has been the best decision we have made in years!

Pros
