Then I was gonna use square POS but I wanted to streamline my business and Mangomint does #### Reasons for switching to Mangomint It was glitching and clients were not getting notifications or emails. Clients communications number one to us also square didn’t create or store forms. We so PMU and forms are very important. I've used many other spa/salon software programs, but none have been as quick, helpful, or kind as Mangomint’s team. The interface is also super aesthetic and easy to use which is amazing if you don’t have a super tech-savvy clientele. For the price what you get is amazing it’s very simple and you can do a lot with it. Managing two calendars for myself and my staff, scheduling, rebooking, and client management, is super easy with their app! Highly recommend this service! #### Cons There's a few things you have manually do one at a time, such as vacations or leaves. You can’t select a range. #### Reasons for choosing Mangomint Easy of use. Price point. It is literally made for spa owners not just random professions. #### Reasons for switching to Mangomint Their software was impossible to use. It was constantly down, and clients had such a difficult time booking appointments with me it required so many extra steps to make an appointment. I also did not like that it was pulling traffic away from my website and bringing potential clients and my current clients to their site instead where they could see what I offer/book. Which means alot what your clients think. #### Cons Honestly, anything that I had a problem with they've solved over the last 6 years. We wanted a full system that included our Gift Certificates. Which they've added. I really can't complain because they always make it right just for you. Always asking for feedback. I'm a former data engineer at Tableau, Microsoft, etc. Their uptime is great, their team is organized, the security protocols are in place. For clients to book an appt is as easy as it gets. The features are well organized, payroll platform is seamless. #### Cons Initially the price - but they lowered their prices. The value is far more more than what you pay for. There's a lot of options out there - and I've used most of them. Once you see their booking platform in action - the others seems stuck in the 90's #### Reasons for switching to Mangomint They were TERRRIBLE. I would never go back to them. If they only have a certain day but dont care what service they want, they just want to come in, it might be nice to have a date filter instead of categorizing everything from the beginning with the service but thats just me being picky!
