  • Pros

  • I love that this software connects with mailchimp and is easy to customize.
  • The integration (easy) to my social media accounts, free trial with ability to sell on free account, and great instant customer service made them the winner.
  • Cons

  • And the amount of information to leave the text reminder is limited.
  • I am disappointed that I am unable to book multiple services from my end of the software. This is huge for me as I rebook my clients at the end of every appointment.

  • This product has been great for our company. It doesn't yet have all of the features we would like or the amount of modifications we would like to make to things like intake forms.
  • I like some of the customizations that I can put in with the emails. Booking appointments is easy and I like that the charting is available to use as well.
  • Cons

  • The only big drawback is the lack of a therapist compensation function that would eliminate the work involved in therapists invoicing me and having to check those invoices.
  • I sometimes don’t change and when I open the page and things are different, it’s frustrating. I am a visual person and it’s frustrating.
