I like the fact the support team is US based and are very attentive to our needs as a customer. The foundation of the LIS can be customized to the customers liking and you will always get an intelligent, thoughtful person on the phone to fix any issue that may arise (Not many to speak of). Cons: The cons are few, especially for the price point. But I would say that a Live Pending List would be very beneficial to all Clients. Database Reports could be more presentable.
