However, the CSS support team puts Avalon ahead of the rest in my book. The team goes above and beyond to make things work for us. We go through a lot of changes as an organization and CSS has been very helpful in assisting us throughout those changes. I like the fact the support team is US based and are very attentive to our needs as a customer. The team is highly knowledge and are very good at following through. The foundation of the LIS can be customized to the customers liking and you will always get an intelligent, thoughtful person on the phone to fix any issue that may arise (Not many to speak of). #### Cons The cons are few, especially for the price point. But I would say that a Live Pending List would be very beneficial to all Clients. Database Reports could be more presentable. We were up and running within 2 days of implementing the software. It is very easy to connect Avalon to our analyzers so that results can be easily transferred to our LIMS which saves a lot of time. #### Cons The standard reports are not as robust as they could be so if I want a specific report, I go through Avalon's customer service.
