Simple interface for data analysis and data upload. Great data visualization software.

As a medicinal chemist who grew up with MDL, there's not much here to complain about. There a few interface conventions that take a little time to get used to.

The interface is clean and does not overwhelm the end user or admin with unlimited configuration. I have helped deploy this software at over a dozen biotechs and most are up and running in a week.

The support team at CDD is exceptionally responsive and helpful, allowing all our requests to be promptly and effectively answered.

Integration with other software: not only is exporting to spreadsheets easy but the API interface with open source DataWarrior provides high-powered data and chemical structure analysis.

Great highly cost effective tool for your chemical and biological data storage needs.

The software is very powerful, yet intuitive. It is an excellent product for collecting, organizing and analyzing all program data - compound and related biological data.

The fact that it allows to centralize data and share them is good. You can easily find data for a given molecule.

It's a great software for this price, compared to other software. But they need to improve some aspect of it.

No big complaints - CDD is constantly improving and adding to their features.

The customer service is very good if you have an issue they will work on it and try to solve or imporve the software very quickly.

Its intuitive interface requires a minimal learning curve to register compounds, generate assay curve fittings, and produce useful data reports.

I decided to implement CDD Vault in my project not only for the features of the software but particularly for the openness and willingness to innovate shown by the CDD Team, fantastic people.

Even though it can be difficult to use, being able to use it for a month before to buy it was very helpful.

Any hiccups in our experience was easily solved by support, or a quick search of the help section (very clear write-ups on how data are analyzed/computed can be found in the help section).

Quick way to store data, easy to use once you become familiar with it, highly response and effective support, 4-D visualization tools for your datasets.

The ability to plot results in CDD Vision, and to integrate results with Optibrium's StarDrop application greatly aids in SAR/SLR determinations.

I really like how we can customize everything according to our needs. I also really like the ELN (optional).

POS system and the [SENSITIVE CONTENT] who helped integrate/train. SENSITIVE CONTENT] and [SENSITIVE CONTENT] who runs the reports is very knowledgeable and helpful.

It is easy to use and user friendly. We use it for everything from demographics for the patients to cc, hpi, shx, fmhx, meds, health hx questions, labs, plan and referrals request just everything.

We shopped for 18 months and looked at about 20+ EMR programs. I can personally tell you, the more we use the SuiteMed IMS solution, the more we love it.

This is one of the best software I have ever seen. Functionality rich, easy to use, truly paperless, truly integrated, great live support and total ROI.

I like that this is easy to use and I would recommend this to any medical facilities to use.

It was super easy to use and learn. I'll definitely be using it again soon and hopefully exploring other options.

The general concept is great. Basic and essential functions and requirements are met perfectly.

It is designed very nicely where we can access patient informaton basically from any tabs. Meditab has the best customer service.

The system is flexible and complex with the ability to improve and expand.

It's equivalent to quicksand. Attempts to get the program to work properly are expensive and frustrated by poor service.

They can interface and integrate with almost any system if needed. Moving to IMS made an exponential positive impact very quickly.

Like all EHR's it is a work in progress, and the associates here are committed to evolving and improving as Best Practices in Fertility evolve and change.

Missing DSM diagnoses, medications, etc. Unable to see who prints prescriptions, or how many times they are printed.

Me personally i love the co payment notification and the patient tracking is great. For those of you who work with multiple doctors, it helps tremendously knowing where each patient is at all times.

Training for the system went very smoothly for everyone in the office, and they were very organized when giving us the training. The support team is very friendly and helpful.

The system is easy to use, easy to train, and very intuitive.

There are some defects of commands and data extraction.

Since going live we have not slowed down our patient care at all, we are seeing an increase in production in all areas of the office and we are able to manage the cash flow with ease.

Reports- Simple Date should be used- So many Actual dates, Deposit date, Posting Date, Etc. Is confusing to have a unique record for Posting of charges, Cash and AR reports too.

This system is a biller's dream as well with the customization available that makes billing multiple providers/multiple fee schedules with ease. The team was great to work with and very knowledgeable.

There are basic features that are missing and many glitches.

I definitely recommend IMS. Things can be changed in the system to help make it specific to your office's needs, and you are able to accomplish everything you need to do in one system.

Made surgery scheduling easier with simplicity and works well because of many integrations with other systems.

I am writing today for the opportunity to share how pleased we are with SuiteMed IMS.

We also ran into a situation where we were audited, and the technical support team at IMS were very helpful throughout the entire audit process and in helping us prepare for it.
