Simple interface for data analysis and data upload. Great data visualization software.

As a medicinal chemist who grew up with MDL, there's not much here to complain about. There a few interface conventions that take a little time to get used to.

The interface is clean and does not overwhelm the end user or admin with unlimited configuration. I have helped deploy this software at over a dozen biotechs and most are up and running in a week.

The support team at CDD is exceptionally responsive and helpful, allowing all our requests to be promptly and effectively answered.

Integration with other software: not only is exporting to spreadsheets easy but the API interface with open source DataWarrior provides high-powered data and chemical structure analysis.

Great highly cost effective tool for your chemical and biological data storage needs.

The software is very powerful, yet intuitive. It is an excellent product for collecting, organizing and analyzing all program data - compound and related biological data.

The fact that it allows to centralize data and share them is good. You can easily find data for a given molecule.

It's a great software for this price, compared to other software. But they need to improve some aspect of it.

No big complaints - CDD is constantly improving and adding to their features.

The customer service is very good if you have an issue they will work on it and try to solve or imporve the software very quickly.

Its intuitive interface requires a minimal learning curve to register compounds, generate assay curve fittings, and produce useful data reports.

I decided to implement CDD Vault in my project not only for the features of the software but particularly for the openness and willingness to innovate shown by the CDD Team, fantastic people.

Even though it can be difficult to use, being able to use it for a month before to buy it was very helpful.

Any hiccups in our experience was easily solved by support, or a quick search of the help section (very clear write-ups on how data are analyzed/computed can be found in the help section).

Quick way to store data, easy to use once you become familiar with it, highly response and effective support, 4-D visualization tools for your datasets.

The ability to plot results in CDD Vision, and to integrate results with Optibrium's StarDrop application greatly aids in SAR/SLR determinations.

I really like how we can customize everything according to our needs. I also really like the ELN (optional).

I love the fact that it is great to keep track of all orders, reordering, and sometimes you can get a discount if you order from them.

Abilities for specific inventories are nice, user friendly, customer service is great for all inquiries.

It also has a feature to suggest vendors for products if you don't know where to buy from and will  give you the best prices from vendors.

The search process is sometimes difficult if you aren't in the right section. The link to the products' page is sometimes not working.

Has been instrumental in streamlining the organization of the lab. Has been an outstanding instrument to bring the team together.

The most frustrating part of using Quartzy is the limited and clunky reporting.

Just want some more items to be in the store, and be able to change the shipping speed. Other than that, it's perfect.

The only complaint I have at this time is that the access/supply chain tabs are fixed.

I don't like that they quote items that'll cost MORE to get from Quartzy, and to a new user is can look misleading.

I like how there are features that we can utilize if we need to but aren't required (such as purchasing through Quartzy directly).

Frustrating to get a message of delay or backorder, order somewhere else and then find the information was wrong and we end up unable to cancel the erroneous order or the extra panic order.

It is a very useful software that has great customer support. It will eliminate the use of Excell which is a huge plus.

My favorite thing about Quartzy is how easy to use the software is, how quickly we got it set up, and the ability to save money by purchasing through quartzy.

The customer service is also excellent, they were very helpful in helping me find replacement products for backordered materials.

It makes inventory and the ordering process seamless, with easy integrated tracking and receiving options. Their customer service for returning or cancelling orders is reliable, fast, and friendly.

I usually have to use this when I am in lab and I have to add requests while I see things missing while working.

Having a request section and an inventory section that allows a seamless transition of what you ordered to putting it into inventory is amazing.

Lots of functions are great, like being able to attach quotes and POs, documenting expiry dates, etc. Also, the customer service has also been great with very rapid responses.

The ease of use is amazing and there is quite a bit of flexibility in its use.

It's much better than an excel sheet and multiple people can be in the system at once. I like the history feature and easily adding items from receipt into inventory.

I love how this easily keeps my different accounts organized. Helps me with budget and allow my students to help.
