It is easy to use and user friendly. We use it for everything from demographics for the patients to cc, hpi, shx, fmhx, meds, health hx questions, labs, plan and referrals request just everything.

We shopped for 18 months and looked at about 20+ EMR programs. I can personally tell you, the more we use the SuiteMed IMS solution, the more we love it.

This is one of the best software I have ever seen. Functionality rich, easy to use, truly paperless, truly integrated, great live support and total ROI.

I like that this is easy to use and I would recommend this to any medical facilities to use.

The general concept is great. Basic and essential functions and requirements are met perfectly.

It is designed very nicely where we can access patient informaton basically from any tabs. Meditab has the best customer service.

The system is flexible and complex with the ability to improve and expand.

It's equivalent to quicksand. Attempts to get the program to work properly are expensive and frustrated by poor service.

They can interface and integrate with almost any system if needed. Moving to IMS made an exponential positive impact very quickly.

Like all EHR's it is a work in progress, and the associates here are committed to evolving and improving as Best Practices in Fertility evolve and change.

Missing DSM diagnoses, medications, etc. Unable to see who prints prescriptions, or how many times they are printed.

Me personally i love the co payment notification and the patient tracking is great. For those of you who work with multiple doctors, it helps tremendously knowing where each patient is at all times.

Training for the system went very smoothly for everyone in the office, and they were very organized when giving us the training. The support team is very friendly and helpful.

The system is easy to use, easy to train, and very intuitive.

There are some defects of commands and data extraction.

Since going live we have not slowed down our patient care at all, we are seeing an increase in production in all areas of the office and we are able to manage the cash flow with ease.

Reports- Simple Date should be used- So many Actual dates, Deposit date, Posting Date, Etc. Is confusing to have a unique record for Posting of charges, Cash and AR reports too.

This system is a biller's dream as well with the customization available that makes billing multiple providers/multiple fee schedules with ease. The team was great to work with and very knowledgeable.

There are basic features that are missing and many glitches.

I definitely recommend IMS. Things can be changed in the system to help make it specific to your office's needs, and you are able to accomplish everything you need to do in one system.

Made surgery scheduling easier with simplicity and works well because of many integrations with other systems.

I am writing today for the opportunity to share how pleased we are with SuiteMed IMS.

We also ran into a situation where we were audited, and the technical support team at IMS were very helpful throughout the entire audit process and in helping us prepare for it.

The ease of implementation, and once you get used to it, it's pretty efficient.

At times there would be a certain lack of responsiveness to requested implementation.

They can stay on track of tickets, typically have a great response and turnaround time,  and are incredibly nice while maintaining great professionalism.

With our current install - the CPT codes are not part of our database. This makes it difficult to correlate with our billing company's software.

For my daily use, I enjoy that all the features I need access to are simplified and easy to access.

I would say overall the system functionality is pretty good. As time has passed improvements have been put into place and the system continues to grow.

The product is very comprehensive, very configurable. Can integrate with other systems.

Sometimes the requests skips grossing queue due to an automation trigger and the request can not be completed until the following day after the error was caught.

Outstanding and has enable our company to grow considerably.

For effective LIS software, the most important thing is to have a clean user interface that is simple and intuitive to navigate and LigoLab is excellent in that regard.

Upgrades, testing, and implementations difficult to manage.

I was very happy with the customization available on the administration end although the pricing was what eventually swayed our organization to another option.

Too many features and customizations. No notification system to specific users.

The ease of access in grossing. With the customizations for our laboratory, printing cassettes while creating labels makes LigoLab superior to other programs.

I like how nimble it is. We can easily customize, interface and integrate for use with many applications.

When creating a new test or setting up new equipment for production, I love that I can work with Ligo Lab support.

They have always been extremely kind, patient and helpful. They are truly the poster children for customer service.

Sometimes setting up or training on a new type of test can be hard because there are so many ways to do one thing that it can get confusing.

I struggled a bit to adapt to LigoLab, but as I've grown to know it, I find it ever more intuitive and it is certainly the most flexible system I've worked with.

While I feel a higher price-tag is warranted with all the features associated, price-per-case seems like an archaic way to gauge a company's use.

Their customer service team is responsive and always a pleasure to work with.

This customization was perfect for a lab that is constantly adding new protocols and developing new tests.

I have been working with LigoLab for 4 years now and it is a great solution for our laboratory. It is leaps and bounds above our previous LIS.

I also love that I can use Dragon Medical software with the test info tab to insert my gross without any issues. The workflow is streamlined beautifully.
