The customer service group has been able to help with any issues over the past 2 years and always willing to do so. The follow up on issue that are not resolved immediately is great. Using Schuylab opened up a world of possibility. While other programs did shine in stability (it never crashed) it was a nightmare to produce the most basic statistical report. Having experience with LIS based on Concurrent DOS and Linux, working and maintaining Schuylab is such a breeze. Cons: Because it ease of use most users underestimate the underlying complexity. In most cases we overcomplicate a problem while the solution is not that difficult.
