"Staff is very helpful for any issues arising."

"I stopped using it for 5 years when I worked for a company that had it's own software. When I became an independent contractor and tried to use Express Scribe again, it was very expensive, I could not get the trial to even work properly, and the sound quality was TERRIBLE."
