The ease of copy pasting transcribed notes is very useful Cons: Little hard to get the initial payment processed which delayed implementation. However customer service was very helpful and responsive Reasons for switching to Tali Suki had too high a level of inaccurate transcription. It would also spontaneously take of the cursor and insert the text of that past several transcriptions notes, often erasing and reinserting the same material multiple times. I am excited to see how the AI "learns" my style of interviewing and the words I use. I have convinced multiple colleagues to give this software a try and so far I am seeing lots of Thumbs Up! I use my phone to record patient encounters and enter the generated note from my desktop to the patient EMR. I cannot believe how easy this is! Cons: The one issue is that some of the functionality is turned off if Tali does not "detect" a microphone on the computer. My desktop does not have a microphone so I cannot reuse the transcription to generate a referral or patient note. I have to open my laptop and then the EMR on my laptop to access these features. Cons: The need to cut and paste from plug-in to an encounter I thought was going to be a problem, and the 30 sec to 4 minutes it takes to generate the note.
