Moreover the customer service is amazing with the experience I've had. The ease of adding the software to the site is a huge benefit.

Attractive, simple booking page for my clients. Easy for me to set up my services and availability.

I need help twice and I reached out to customer service (although it was not apart of my monthly plan) and they still contacted me to resolve the problem within 24 hours.

But what I like the most is that this tool is still improving so the best is yet to come.

We like this software because it is easy to use and to schedule appointments with our clients across the country. It's also not too expensive.

I took a leave of absence for family reasons and After a period of time, they marked my account as inactive.

Good booking software is rare to find. And even harder is to find one with decent integrations.

Customer service team have little knowledge of their software and provide a very poor and rude service.

Things occasionally dissappear off the schedule causing huge problems and its extremely limited on his device capability.

We signed up with Keet Health to help with patient retention and MIPS, but Keet Health was been absolutely terrible.

It was in my top 2 options because of versability. The price was great, the easy of use was good, the learning curve was easy and it had all the functions we needed.

You call leave messages and no one returns your calls. Customer Service is horrible.

Always having issues and cannot connect or use customer service is rude.

Scheduling is incredibly easy. Documenting seems to be picked up easily by any new therapist that joins us and I love how you can tailor it to your  needs.
